Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 装置であって、
電子コンポーネントをコントロールするための少なくとも1つのコントロールインタフェースと、
少なくとも1つの電源と、
前記装置の動きを感知するように設定された1つ以上のモーションセンサと、
前記1つ以上のバッテリを前記1つ以上のモーションセンサに選択的に連結する静電容量センサと
を含む装置。 - 前記静電容量センサは、前記装置をユーザが持っているか否かに基づいて選択的に連結することを特徴とする請求項1の装置。
- 前記1つ以上のモーションセンサは、加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、およびタッチパッドを含む群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項2の装置。
- 1つ以上のワイヤレス送受信デバイスを更に含み、
前記静電容量センサは、前記1つ以上のバッテリを前記1つ以上のワイヤレス送受信デバイスに選択的に連結することを特徴とする請求項1の装置。 - 前記静電容量センサが前記少なくとも1つの電源を前記1つ以上のモーションセンサに選択的に連結することは、所定の期間中に生じることを特徴とする請求項1の装置。
- プリント回路基板(PCB)を更に含み、
前記静電容量センサは、前記PCB上のトレースを含むことを特徴とする請求項1の装置。 - 前記PCBは、前記トレース間に少なくとも2つの異なる誘電材料を用いることを特徴とする請求項6の装置。
- 覆いを更に含み、前記静電容量センサは、前記覆いの周辺に沿って設置されることを特徴とする請求項6の装置。
- 前記リモート電子機器は、スクリーンを更に含み、前記ワイヤレスリモートコントロール装置のユーザの動きは、前記スクリーン上の1つ以上のユーザ選択デバイスを動かすことに対応することを特徴とする請求項1の装置。
- ワイヤレスリモートコントロール装置の動きを示す1つ以上の信号を生成する動作と、
前記1つ以上の信号を1つ以上のリモート電子機器に送信する動作と、
静電容量を検出する動作と、
前記静電容量を期待値と比較する動作と、
前記静電容量が前記期待値と等しくない場合に低電力モードに入る動作と
を含む前記ワイヤレスリモートコントロール装置の動作方法。 - 前記送信する動作は、前記リモートコントロール装置の動きに基づいてスクリーン上の1つ以上のユーザ選択デバイスの位置をコントロールする動作を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10の方法。
- 前記低電力モードに入る動作は、加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、およびタッチパッドを含む群から選択されたモーションセンサから電力の少なくとも一部を分離することを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10の方法。
- 前記低電力モードに入る動作は、マイクロプロセッサの一連の動作の削減を有効にする動作を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10の方法。
- 前記低電力モードに入る動作は、モーションセンサの一連の動作の削減を有効にする動作を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10の方法。
- 前記低電力モードに入る動作は、前記リモートコントロール装置からのデータ送信を削減する動作を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10の方法。
- 前記静電容量が前記期待値と等しくない場合に1つ以上のモーションセンサを有効にすることを特徴とする請求項10の方法。
- 前記静電容量が前記期待値と所定の期間等しくない場合に前記1つ以上のモーションセンサが変化するか否かを判定し、前記1つ以上のモーションセンサが前記所定の期間変化しない場合に前記1つ以上のモーションセンサを無効にすることを特徴とする請求項16の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のモーションセンサを有効にする動作は、所定の期間内に生じることを特徴とする請求項16の方法。
- 前記静電容量を検出する動作に基づいて前記静電容量を変更する動作を更に含む請求項10の方法。
- セットトップボックスレシーバと、
1つ以上のボタンと、
1つ以上のバッテリと、
スクリーンに対するユーザの動きを示すように設定された1つ以上のモーションセンサと、
前記1つ以上のバッテリを前記1つ以上のモーションセンサに選択的に連結する静電容量センサとを含む
リモートコントロール装置と
を含むブロードキャストレシーバシステム。 - 前記静電容量センサは、前記ワイヤレスリモートコントロール装置をユーザが持っているか否かに基づいて選択的に連結することを特徴とする請求項20のブロードキャストレシーバシステム。
