Claims (9)
- 繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッドであって、
位置調整される前記繊維ブランケット(2)に積層のために必要な樹脂を浸透させる浸透部(4)と、
モールド又はマンドレルの対応する表面で前記繊維ブランケット(2)を位置調整するための位置調整部(5)と、
位置調整された前記ブランケット(2)の延在部分の端部で前記ブランケットを切断する切断部(3)と、
供給部から前記位置調整部(5)への出口までの経路の異なる地点において、前記ブランケット(2)を搬送するとともに前記ブランケットの張力を制御する駆動及び加圧ローラの組(A、B)と、を含むことを特徴とする繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッド。 - 前記切断部(3)及び前記浸透部(4)が連続的に配置され、2組の前記ローラ(A、B)が、前記切断部(3)及び前記浸透部(4)の前後に分かれて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッド。
- 前記ローラの組(A、B)は、それぞれが2個の対向するローラ(6、7)によって構成され、前記ローラ(6)は、プッシュシリンダ(8)に結合され、前記ローラ(7)は、駆動ローラであって、前記位置調整部(5)へ移動する前記ブランケット(2)の速度を調整する速度制御を備えたモータ(9)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1及び2に記載の繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッド。
- 直線運動機構(11)により横方向に移動する、ブレード装置、超音波切断装置又はその他の装置である切断手段(10)を前記切断部(3)が含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッド。
- 前記ブランケット(2)を固定するための要素が前記切断手段(10)の前後に配置され、前記要素はプッシュシリンダ(13)に結合された押さえ板(12)によって形成され、前記プッシュシリンダ(13)は切断のために前記ブランケット(2)を対応する固定構造体(14)に押圧して固定し、前記押さえ板(12)は、前記切断手段(10)が作動している時に前進位置に、休止している時に後退位置にあることを特徴とする、請求項1及び4に記載の繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッド。
- 前記浸透部(4)は室によって構成され、前記室は、側面にカバー(15)を備えるとともに前記ブランケット(2)が通過する場所に向けられたノズル(17)を有し、前記ノズル(17)は、前記ブランケット(2)に浸透する樹脂及び触媒を供給するポンプ(18)のグループに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッド。
- 前記浸透部(4)の前記室の下部に排出路を備えるトレイ(19)が配置され、前記トレイ(19)が水平面に対して傾斜して設けられ、前記ブランケット(2)に噴射された余分な前記樹脂及び前記触媒が収集されることを特徴とする、請求項1及び6に記載の繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッド。
- 前記位置調整部(5)は、前記ブランケット(2)に圧力を加えるための少なくとも1個の加圧ローラ(21)を含み、前記加圧ローラ(21)は、前記加圧ローラ(21)の高さ及び前記ブランケットへの圧力を調整するために、その端部で作用するプッシュシリンダ(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッド。
- 外部制御装置を備えるロッカー(22)に組み込まれた2個の加圧ローラ(21)が前記位置調整部(5)に設けられ、前記ロッカー(22)の位置に応じて、2個の前記加圧ローラ(21)の一方又は他方が前記ブランケット(2)を押圧し、前記ヘッド(1)が前進方向に移動する時に一方のローラ(21)が押圧し、後退方向では他方のローラ(21)が作用することを特徴とする、請求項1及び8に記載の繊維ブランケットの自動位置調整のためのヘッド。
