Abstract
Description
以下を含む浮水及び周辺雑草:

続く実施例において、ジクワット二臭化物塩を基準にジクワット二臭化物のμg/L(ppb)値を算出し、そしてアシベンゾラール−S−メチル化合物を基準にアクチガードのμg/L(ppb)値を算出する。
初期実験を遮光ハウス条件下で実施した。クロモ植物を100リットル(L)タンク中で茎頂先端部分(apical shoot tips)から飼育し、そしてタンク中でアクチガード(アシベンゾラール−S−メチル)及びジクワットの濃度の変更処理を、若くて活発に成長しているクロモへ適用した。クロモ植物を処理8週後(WAT)に採取しそして苗条(shoot)生物量を記録した。予備実験では、90ppb(1/4の推奨される割合)でのリワード(ジクワット)及び250ppbでのアクチガード(アシベンゾラール−S−メチル)のタンク混合の組合せにより、生物量において未処理のコントロールと比べて>90%の減少という結果が示された。1000ppbのアクチガード単独では、クロモの成長に少しも効果を有しなかった。しかしながら、実験ではジクワット処理(90ppb)単独で生物量において75%の減少があった。
この実験を、クロモの非常に活発な生長期間にシェードハウス(shade house)で実施した。植物を貯蔵所から採集し、そして実験をシェードハウス(70%太陽光)で実施した。10cm長のクロモの小枝5本を各25cmポットに植え、そして74Lの水が入った各95Lタンクに4つのポットを置いた。各タンクは1つの再現(replication)であって、そして各処理を4回繰り返した。除草剤適用前に2週間植物を順応させた。この実験は4つの再現(tubs)を有する無作為法であった。処理は、20ppbのジクワット単独または125、250、500、1000及び2000ppbのアクチガードとのタンク混合であった。全ての生きた植物組織を処理8週後に土壌ライン(soil line)で採取し、90℃の乾燥室に一週間置き、そして重量を測定した。
前述の実験と同様に実験3を構築した。処理は、10ppbのジクワット単独または125、250、500、1000、2000ppbのアクチガードとの組合せからなる。処理14日後に苗条を採取した。本実験の結果を表1に示す。
Claims (9)
- 水生雑草の制御においてジクワットの活性を改善するための方法であって、アシベンゾラール−S−メチルの除草活性を改善する量の存在下で、ジクワットの除草上有効量を水生雑草またはこれらの場所へ適用することを含んでなる、方法。
- 前記ジクワット及びアシベンゾラール−S−メチルが、14:1〜1:2の重量比で適用される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ジクワット及びアシベンゾラール−S−メチルが、1:10〜1:200の重量比で適用される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ジクワットが、水1リットルあたり1〜400マイクログラムの量で適用される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ジクワットが、水1リットルあたり10〜100マイクログラムの量で適用される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アシベンゾラール−S−メチルが、水1リットルあたり2.5〜1000マイクログラムの量で適用される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アシベンゾラール−S−メチルが、水1リットルあたり5〜800マイクログラムの量で適用される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 制御される前記水生雑草が、浮水雑草及び沈水生の雑草から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 制御される前記水生雑草が、クロモである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
