Claims (18)
- 硬化性樹脂でなり、多数の光学的立体パターンが形成されて構造化した表面を持つ光学シートにおいて、
耐損傷荷重は、構造化した表面上に、表面粗度(Sz)が0.5μm〜15μm、硬度が2B〜2Hの粒子を含むコーティング層を含むポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムのコーティング層を隣接させて積層し、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム上に一定荷重を加えた状態で300mm/minの速度で光学シートを引っぱった後、構造化した表面の損傷有無を観察したとき、実質的に損傷が生じない時点の最大荷重であり、
耐損傷荷重は、20g以上であることを特徴とする、光学シート。 - 基材層と、
基材層の少なくとも一面に形成され、バインダー樹脂と光拡散性粒子を含む光拡散層と、
光拡散層上に形成され、バインダー樹脂と発泡性ビードを含む空気層と、
空気層上に形成され、発泡ビードを含むか含まない硬化性樹脂でなり、多数の光学的立体パターンが形成されて構造化した表面を持つ集光層と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。 - 基材層と、
基材層の少なくとも一面に形成され、バインダー樹脂と光拡散性粒子を含む光拡散層と、
光拡散層上に形成され、発泡ビードを含む硬化性樹脂でなり、多数の光学的立体パターンが形成されて構造化した表面を持つ集光層と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。 - 基材層と、
基材層の少なくとも一面に形成され、バインダー樹脂と光拡散性粒子を含む光拡散層と、
光拡散層上に形成され、硬化性樹脂でなり、多数の光学的立体パターンが形成されて構造化した表面を持つ集光層と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。 - 基材層と、
基材層の一面に形成され、バインダー樹脂と光拡散性粒子を含む粒子分散層と、
基材層の他の一面に形成され、硬化性樹脂でなり、多数の光学的立体パターンが形成されて構造化した表面を持つ集光層と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。 - 基材層と、
基材層の少なくとも一面に形成され、バインダー樹脂、光拡散性粒子及び発泡性ビードを含む光拡散層と、
光拡散層上に形成され、硬化性樹脂でなり、多数の光学的立体パターンが形成されて構造化した表面を持つ集光層と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。 - 基材層と、
基材層の少なくとも一面に形成され、発泡ビード及び光拡散性粒子を含む硬化性樹脂でなり、多数の光学的立体パターンが形成されて構造化した表面を持つ集光層と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。 - 耐損傷荷重が30g以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。
- 耐損傷荷重が30g〜500gであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。
- 硬化性樹脂は、ウレタンアクリレート系化合物、スチレン系化合物、ブタジエン系化合物、イソプレン単量体及びシリコンアクリレート系化合物の中で選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物、またはビスフェノールアクリレート系化合物及びフルオレンアクリレート系化合物の中で選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物との混合物の中で選ばれたいずれか1種以上の紫外線硬化型オリゴマーまたは紫外線硬化型単量体と、光開始剤と、を含む硬化性組成物から形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。
- 硬化性樹脂は、紫外線硬化型オリゴマーまたは紫外線硬化型単量体であり、ウレタンアクリレート系化合物及びビスフェノールアクリレート系化合物を含む硬化性組成物から形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。
- 硬化性樹脂は、ウレタンアクリレート系化合物を全体固形分100重量部に対して10〜80重量部になるように含む硬化性組成物から形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の光学シート。
- 硬化性樹脂は、ビスフェノールアクリレート系化合物を全体固形分100重量部に対して5〜80重量部になるように含む硬化性組成物から形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の光学シート。
- 硬化性樹脂は、25℃での粘度が100〜5,000cpsである硬化性組成物から形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の光学シート。
- 硬化性樹脂は、ガラス転移温度が40℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。
- 硬化性樹脂は、ガラス転移温度が−15〜25℃であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の光学シート。
- 光学的立体パターンは、断面が多角形、半円形または半楕円形である多面体状、断面が多角形、半円形または半楕円形である柱状、あるいは断面が多角形、半円形または半楕円形である屈曲柱状の中で選ばれた一つ以上の形状を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。
- 光学的立体パターンは、頂点角が90゜である断面三角形の柱状を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学シート。
