Claims (16)
- 創傷の体積を測定する方法であって、その体積を測定されるべき創傷の上にドレッシングを配置するステップであって、前記ドレッシングが、封止された創腔を作り出すように前記創傷を覆った封止ドレープを少なくとも含むステップと、前記創腔内に所定の真空を生み出すように真空ポンプ手段によって前記創腔内に真空を作り出すステップと、前記所定の真空を生み出す際に前記創腔から抜き出された空気の量を測定するステップと、前記創傷の体積を計算するステップとを含む方法。
- 抜き出された前記空気の量が流量計手段によって測定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 補正係数を得るために装置構成要素の容積が測定される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記創傷体積がソフトウェア手段によって算出される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記真空ポンプ手段が、定常状態設定圧力が達成されるまで運転される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記創腔内への漏れ速度が制御システム手段によって算出され、それに応じて前記創傷体積が補正される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記創傷体積がドレッシング交換時に測定される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 廃棄物キャニスタがまた設けられており、前記創傷体積測定が、前記廃棄物キャニスタが空のときに実施される、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記創傷ドレッシングが、ドレッシング交換のたび、および創傷体積測定のたびに、繰返し可能な方式で配置される、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 明細書本文ならびに図面の図10および図11に即して以上で実質的に記載した、創傷の体積を測定する方法。
- 創傷の体積を測定する装置であって、前記創傷の上に空洞を形成するように前記創傷を覆って封止するドレッシングと、前記創腔から廃棄物キャニスタへと通じる吸引導管と、真空源と、流れ測定センサ手段とを含む装置。
- 制御/監視システムをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 圧力監視/制御手段をさらに含む、請求項11または請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記制御/監視システムが、定常状態設定圧力において前記真空ポンプ手段を制御可能である、請求項12または請求項13に記載の装置。
