Claims (14)
- 材料通路(30)を形成する複数の回転成形ローラーによって可撓性の包装材料ウェブ(12)をチューブ形状に再成形する装置(20)であって、材料ウェブに配置された開口具(46)が前記材料通路(30)を通過するとき、少なくとも1つの成形ローラー(60)が材料ウェブ(12)に対して移動可能とされたことを特徴とする装置(20)。
- 前記移動可能な成形ローラー(60)が材料通路(30)を通る開口具の移動路に位置する1つの成形ローラー(32)である請求項1に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記成形ローラー(60)が材料ウェブ(12)と接触する第1の位置から、材料ウェブ(12)と接触しない第2の位置へ移動できる請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記成形ローラー(60)が自体の軸線(a)の回りに回転可能で、回転中心(p)を通って伸長する軸線(b)の回りに枢動可能に配置され、また、第1の位置から第2の位置への成形ローラーの移動が前記回転中心(p)および軸線(b)の回りの枢動によって構成される請求項3に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記枢動(x)は、前記開口具(46)が成形ローラー(60)に接触してそれを押圧することで開始される請求項4に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記枢動(x)は成形ローラー(60)と連絡された弾性部材(68)によって可能に且つ調整されるのであり、弾性張力が生じる結果、開口具(46)との接触が消滅すると成形ローラー(60)は第2の位置から第1の位置へ完全に復帰するように配置された請求項5に記載の装置(20)。
- 成形ローラー(60)の第2の位置は成形ローラーの枢動(x)を制限する拘束部材(78)によって定められる請求項4から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記成形ローラー(60)は材料ウェブの進行方向の力または力成分(Fy+Ff)が成形ローラーに初めて作用したときに移動するように懸架され、この力または力成分は成形ローラー(60)と開口具(46)との接触で発生する一方、実質的に材料ウェブから伝えられてその材料ウェブの進行方向に対して横方向の力または力成分による作用を受けるだけであれば、成形ローラー(60)はその位置を維持する請求項5に記載の装置(20)。
- 成形ローラー(32)は実質的に環状のブラケット(34)に回転自在に軸支された請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載の装置(20)。
- 移動可能な形成ローラー(60)は係止手段(62)によって前記回転中心(p)の回りに枢動可能に配置され、前記係止手段(62)は環状ブラケット(34)において前記回転中心(p)で回転可能に軸支され、弾性部材(68)は環状ブラケット(34)において前記回転中心(p)の第1の側で係止手段(62)に固定され、また、前記成形ローラー(60)は前記回転中心(p)の第2の側で係止手段(62)に回転可能に軸支された請求項9に記載の装置(20)。
- 係止手段(62)はU字形をしており、成形ローラー(60)はU字形のシャンク(66)の外側自由部分に軸支され、弾性部材(68)はシャンク(66)間のU字形の中央部分に固定され、また、環状ブラケット(34)は固定シャフトを含み、該シャフトは係止手段(62)の前記回転中心(p)で軸支されている請求項10に記載の装置(20)。
- 弾性部材(68)が引張りばねである請求項6から請求項11までのいずれか一項に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記成形ローラーが前記開口具(46)を検出する手段と連絡された移動手段と連絡されており、また、前記開口具が材料通路(30)に接近するときに前記移動手段により移動されるように成形ローラー(60)が配置されている請求項2または請求項3に記載された装置。
- 前記開口具(46)が材料通路(30)に達する直前に前記移動手段が成形ローラー(60)を第1の位置から第2の位置へ移動させ、また、開口具(46)が材料通路(30)を通過し終えたときに前記移動手段が成形ローラー(60)を第1の位置へ復帰させるように移動させる請求項13に記載の装置。
