Claims (5)
- 第2の媒体と熱交換する第1の媒体用の少なくとも2つの平行なチャネルを備える熱交換器(300)のための分配管(100)であって、前記平行なチャネルの位置に対応する位置に設けられた多くの孔(120)が形成される分配部(110)を備える分配管において、
前記分配部(110)と流体連通状態にあり、この分配部(110)の一端に配置された取り付け部分(140)が設けられ、
前記取り付け部分は、終端プレート(200)、または始端プレート(320)の上にろう付けされるようになったろう付け面(150)が形成されることを特徴とする分配管(100)。 - ガイド面をさらに備え、
前記ガイド面の直径が前記終端プレート(200)、または前記始端プレート(320)の開口(240)の中にぴったりはまるようなものである請求項1記載の分配管(100)。 - 前記ガイド面は、凹部(170)が形成され、そして、前記終端プレートの前記開口(240)は、前記凹部付きのガイド面に対応した形状であり、前記分配管が一方向にしか前記開口に取り付けられないようになっている請求項2記載の分配管(100)。
- 前記分配部(110)は、前記取り付け部分(140)が設けられた端部の反対側に閉端(130)を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の分配管(100)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の分配管(100)が設けられた熱交換器(300)。
