Description
Claims (13)
- エンジンのシリンダヘッド(2)内に適合される予燃焼室構造であって、
予燃焼室(3)を協動して主に画成する別の本体部(4)とノズル部(5)を含み、前記予燃焼室は、前記ノズル部のノズル開口(5a)を介してシリンダ(6)の主燃焼スペース(7)に接続され、
前記本体部は、前記シリンダヘッドに支持され、前記本体部上に前記ノズル部を支持する結合表面(4b)を備えることを特徴とする、予燃焼室構造。 - 前記結合表面は、円錐形である、請求項1に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記ノズル部は、焼ばめにより前記本体部に取り付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記予燃焼室の内部に配列され、前記本体部に前記ノズル部を取り付けるロック部(8)を含む、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記ロック部は、焼ばめ、溶接、はんだ付け、摩擦結合、ネジ結合又は相当する態様により、前記本体部に取り付けられる、請求項4に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記ロック部は、実際の前記ロック部と前記本体部の間に配設された楔形部材(8b)を含む、請求項4又は5に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記ロック部は、前記予燃焼室の側にある前記ノズル部の造形端部(5b)と、前記本体部との間に配設された1つ若しくは多数の楔型部品(8’)である、請求項4又は5に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記ロック部(8,8a,8’)は、前記予燃焼室内の流れ条件を考慮して、均一な構造に造形される、請求項4〜7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記本体部は、前記本体部に取り付けられた別のカバー部(9)を備え、前記カバー部を介して、当該予燃焼室構造は、前記シリンダヘッドに取り付けられる、請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記カバー部は、パイロット燃料の供給手段(11)及び/又はスパークプラグ(12)のような、点火手段を備える、請求項9に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記ノズル部及び/又は前記ロック部(8,8a,8’)は、セラミックスのような、耐熱性、耐酸化性、及び/又は、耐食性材料により作製される、請求項1〜10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記本体部及び前記ロック部(8,8a,8’)は、回転対称な部品である、請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の予燃焼室構造。
- 前記本体部、前記ノズル部及び前記ロック部(8,8a,8’)は、交換可能な部品である、請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の予燃焼室構造。
