− 製品容量:10,000kg/h
− 全熱エネルギ消費:375kW
− 全電気エネルギ消費:175kW
供給におけるエタノール95%に対する減少エネルギ消費=およそ80%
Claims (11)
- 蒸発、蒸留、圧縮、熱交換及び蒸気透過又は分子篩を含む、主にエタノールと水との混合物を脱水するための方法であって、
主にエタノール及び水の供給流(1)が、第2の部分供給流(4)が蒸発器流入流として蒸発器ユニット(31)に向けられる一方で、還流として蒸留塔(32)に向けられる第1の部分供給流(3)に分かれ、蒸発器ユニットの上部を蒸発器流出流(6)として離れる一方で、蒸留塔(32)からの上部吐出流(7)が戻されて過圧で蒸発器流出流(6)と混合されて混合流(8)となり、圧縮器ユニット(33)内で、水分を多く含む透過液流(14)と実質的に水分を含まないエタノールの形態の透過物流(11)とに分かれる、脱水ユニット(34)に流入する混合圧縮流(10)の形成下で圧縮され、
透過物流(14)が、濃縮器(39)内で、真空ポンプ(43)によって明示される真空システムによって生成された低圧で濃縮された後、透過液流(15)がポンプ(42)によって、熱交換器(36)によって熱エネルギを供給される蒸留塔(32)に供給される流れ(16)へと加圧され、水分を多く含む低吐出流(18)と、エタノールを多く含む上部吐出流(7)とに分かれる一方で、透過物流(11)が、プロダクト流(12)として排出される前に、蒸発器ユニット(31)の透過物熱交換器(37)で熱源として用いられる方法。 - 供給流(1)が分かれて、蒸留塔(32)及び蒸発器ユニット(31)に分配される前に予熱される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 供給流(1)が、熱交換器(35)内で、プロダクト流(12)による熱交換で予熱される、請求項2記載の方法。
- 圧縮器ユニット(33)が、機械的な蒸気圧縮器である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 蒸発器ユニット(31)が、透過物熱交換器(37)による透過物(11)から供給されるエネルギに加えて、熱交換器(38)による外部熱エネルギ(22)を供給される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 透過液流(16)が、蒸留塔(31)からの底吐出流(18)による熱交換によって、蒸留塔が蒸留供給流(17)を形成する前に熱交換器(40)で予熱される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 圧縮ユニット(33)からの圧縮混合プロセス流(10)が、脱水ユニット(34)に流入する前に、直接的にあるいは間接的に冷却される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 供給流(1)中のエタノールの相対量が、少なくとも70%、より好ましくは少なくとも80%である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 脱水ユニット(34)が分子篩である場合、供給流(1)中のエタノールの相対量が、少なくとも80%、より好ましくは90%である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 制限された液体流が、蒸留塔に流入する蒸留供給(16又は17)を介して、又は還流(3)を介して、蒸発器ユニット(31)の液体溜めから蒸留塔(32)に導かれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 透過物流(11)が、一般的に最大2%の水、好ましくは最大0.3%の水を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。
