Claims (7)
- 患者に視力検査を行う方法であって、
共焦点型撮像装置を患者の眼まで持ってくるステップと、
前記患者がある一点を固視する間、前記患者の視野の様々な位置に刺激を表示するステップと、
前記患者の前記刺激に対する反応を記録するステップと、
前記共焦点型撮像装置を用いて前記眼の動きを追跡するステップと、
連続した刺激の間、前記眼のどんな動きも取り入れるために、前記患者の網膜上の前記刺激の位置を補正するステップと
を具備することを特徴とする患者に視力検査を行う方法。 - 前記共焦点型撮像装置は、前記固視位置と前記刺激を提供するディスプレイを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補正された患者の反応は、前記共焦点型撮像装置を用いて取得された、前記網膜の共焦点画像上で重ねられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記共焦点型撮像装置は、複合SLO/OCT装置であって、前記補正された患者の反応は、前記装置の前記OCT部を使用することによって取得される、前記網膜の断層像上で重ねあせられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記刺激は、ライトフラッシュであり、前記ライトフラッシュの強度は、前記網膜の異なる領域上での前記患者の反応を決定するために、変化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ディスプレイ上で、前記患者に形状が表示され、かつ前記患者に前記形状の方向を伝えさせることによって、視力の限界が決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記形状は、C形状であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
