Abstract
【解決手段】 培養容器10は容器本体11および蓋体12を備え、容器本体11は平板状の底部11aと円筒状の側部11bが一体構造に形成される。蓋体12は容器本体11を施蓋する蓋天部12aと、容器本体11に嵌め合うように形成される蓋側壁部12bを備える。そして、底部11aの中央領域に設けられた本体開口部11cが第1板状ガラス13により閉塞されている。それに対向して蓋天部12aに設けられた蓋体開口部12cが第2板状ガラス14により閉塞されている。ここで、第2板状ガラス14には、第1板状ガラス13の対向面である第2板状ガラス下面14bに親水性ポリマー層が形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 被培養物を収容する培養容器であって、
その底部が平板状でありその側部が筒状になり上方向に開いた容器本体と、
前記容器本体を上方向から閉蓋する蓋体と、を有し、
前記容器本体の底部の前記被培養物が収容される領域は光透過性の第1の平板ガラスにより形成され、前記蓋体のうちで前記第1の平板ガラスに対向する領域は光透過性の第2の平板ガラスにより形成されていることを特徴とする培養容器。 - 前記第2の平板ガラスにおいて、前記第1の平板ガラスに対向する面に親水性ポリマー層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の培養容器。
- 前記第1の平板ガラスおよび第2の平板ガラスはホウケイ酸ガラス材、石英ガラス材およびソーダライムガラス材のうちのいずれかからなり、前記親水性ポリマーはリン脂質ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の培養容器。
- 前記容器本体および前記蓋体は、前記第1の平板ガラスおよび第2の平板ガラスを除いて、それぞれ樹脂材が一体成形された構造になっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の培養容器。
