Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関に固定された底板2を備える熱交換器1に関し、供給縦溝3が底板を通っている。少なくとも1つのシール要素4が底板に直接に射出成形又は加硫成形されており、それによって、構成部品との強固な結合が生じている。これにより、以前に要求されたシール板が除去されうる。

図1に示すように、溝構造5に射出成形されたシール要素4は、右側の図に示されており、左側の図には、未だ空の溝構造5が示されている。
Claims (8)
- 構成部品、特に内燃機関に固定するための底板(2)を備え、供給溝(3)が当該底板(2)を通る熱交換器(1)であって、
少なくとも1つのシール要素(4)が上記底板(2)に射出成形又は加硫成形され、それによって上記構成部品との強固な結合が生じることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1記載の熱交換器において、
上記シール要素(4)は、プラスチック、特にエラストマーで構成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器において、
溝構造(5)が上記底板(2)に設けられ、
当該溝構造(5)には、上記少なくとも1つのシール要素(4)が伸びていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項3記載の熱交換器において、
上記溝構造(5)は、下からくり抜く方法で形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項3又は4記載の熱交換器において、
上記溝構造(5)は、エンボス加工又は圧延されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項3又は4記載の熱交換器において、
上記底板(2)は2層(6,7)構造であって、
第1層(6)は、貫通開口状の上記溝構造(5)を有することを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項6記載の熱交換器において、
上記第1層(6)の上記溝構造(5)は打ち抜かれ、及び/又は、上記2層(6,7)は、互いに半田付けされていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器において、
上記熱交換器(1)は、フィルタ、特にオイルフィルタに接続されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
