Abstract
【解決手段】第1のヘッダー1と、第2のヘッダー2と、複数の伝熱管3と、複数のフィン4を有する熱交換器であって、各伝熱管の両端部がそれぞれ第1および第2のヘッダーに接続され、各伝熱管は直管部及び直管部31の間における屈曲部32を有し、前記屈曲部は直管部に対して所定の角度で捩じれ、各フィンは隣接する直管部の間に介在し、各屈曲部の曲げる前の長さは、下記の関係式を満たす熱交換器。5tπ(180-θ)/180+2Tw≦A≦30tπ(180-θ)/180+8Tw(式中、Aは屈曲部の曲げる前の長さ、tは管壁の厚さ、Twは管の幅、θは管の直管部間の交差角度、πは円周率を表する。)熱交換器が、熱交換効率を低下させることなく、曲げやすく、便利に製造することができる。

式中、t1は伝熱管3の屈曲部32の中心部から内側(すなわち、図3の下面)までの厚さ、αは屈曲部32の捩じれ端部(屈曲部は、その両端部を捩じることによって捩じれているため、屈曲部の両端部が、捩じれ部と称することがある)を除いた中心角、θは伝熱管3の2つの直管部31の間の交差角度(すなわち、熱交換器の曲げ角度)である。

式中、a1は屈曲部32の捩じれ部を除いた弧長であり、a2は捩じれ部の長さである。

Claims (6)
- 第1のヘッダーと、第2のヘッダーと、複数の伝熱管と、複数のフィンと、を備える熱交換器であって、各前記伝熱管の両端がそれぞれ第1および第2のヘッダーに接続され、各前記伝熱管は直管部および前記直管部の間における屈曲部を有し、前記屈曲部は前記直管部に対して所定の角度で捩じれ、各前記フィンは隣接する前記直管部の間に介在し、各前記屈曲部の曲げる前の長さは、下記の関係式を満たす熱交換器。
5tπ(180-θ)/180+2Tw≦A≦30tπ(180-θ)/180+8Tw
(式中、Aは屈曲部の曲げる前の長さ、tは伝熱管の管壁の厚さ、Twは伝熱管の幅、θは伝熱管の直管部の間の交差角度、πは円周率を表する。) - 前記交差角度θは、約20°以上、かつ約100°以下の範囲にある請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記交差角度θは、約30°以上、且つ約100°以下の範囲にある請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記所定の角度βは、約45°以上、且つ約90°以下の範囲にある請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の伝熱管の屈曲部の第1の端部が、前記第1および第2のヘッダーの軸方向に一直線に並べ、前記複数の伝熱管の屈曲部の第2の端部もその軸方向に一直線に並べる請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 各前記伝熱管は複数の屈曲部を有し、各前記屈曲部がそれぞれ2つの直管部の間に接続される請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
