Abstract
【解決手段】FRPにより中央の円盤部16と一体に成形されたブレード部20と、円盤部16の中央に固定された水車軸18を有する。水車軸18を軸支するとともにブレード部20が水流中に位置するように流路中に設置されて、ブレード部20に水流を当てる導水装置14とを備える。導水装置14は、FRPにより成形され、導水装置14の上流側に堰22を備える。

Claims (6)
- FRPにより中央の円盤部と一体に成形されたブレード部と、前記円盤部の中央に固定された水車軸と、この水車軸を軸支するとともに前記ブレード部が水流中に位置するように流路中に設置されて、前記ブレード部に水流を当てる導水装置とを備えたことを特徴とする水力変換装置。
- 前記導水装置は、FRPにより成形され、前記導水装置の上流側に堰が設けられている請求項1記載の水力変換装置。
- 前記ブレード部は、前記円盤部に放射状に設けられ、前記導水装置の側壁及び前記堰の底板との間に僅かの隙間を配して設けられている請求項1記載の水力変換装置。
- 前記ブレード部は、前記円盤部に対して繊維マットが前記ブレード部から前記円盤部側に折れて配置され、前記円盤部と一体に成形されている請求項1記載の水力変換装置。
- FRPにより中央の円盤部とその周囲のブレード部とを一体に成形し、前記水車に水車軸を取り付けて、FRP製の導水装置に前記水車の水車軸を取り付けることを特徴とする水力変換装置の製造方法。
- FRPにより中央の円盤部とその周囲のブレード部とを同じ型で複数成形し、この複数の成形品を互いに連結して前記水車を形成する請求項5記載の水力変換装置の製造方法。
