Claims (20)
- 翼形部品を製造するためのシステムであって、
閉鎖内部を有し、幾何学的型内に配置された細長い可撓性スリーブであって、所望の形状をもつようにさらに配置された細長い可撓性スリーブと、
細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部と流体連通し、樹脂材料を連通させるように構成された注入チャネルと、
細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部と流体連通し、細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部を真空封止するように構成された真空チャネルと、
細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部に配置されたガラス繊維層と
を備えるシステム。 - 当該システムが、細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部に配置された補剛材をさらに含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 注入チャネルが、細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部に熱硬化性ポリマーを連通させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 所望の形状を有し、細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部に配置された引抜成形複合部材をさらに含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 引抜成形複合部材が複合繊維材料を含む、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 所望の形状が、少なくとの1つの湾曲領域を含み、引抜成形複合部材が、1以上の湾曲領域全体にわたって、ガラス繊維層の半径方向遠位側に配置されている、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 幾何学的型が、細長い可撓性スリーブと接触する複数のペグをさらに含み、複数のペグが、細長い可撓性スリーブを所望の形状に成形するように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 複数のペグの1つが、幾何学的型に対して非垂直な角度で、幾何学的型から突出している、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 所望の形状が翼形リブの外形を有する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 翼形部品の製造方法であって、
所望の形状をもつように細長い可撓性スリーブを成形するステップであって、細長い可撓性スリーブ内にガラス繊維層が閉じ込められているステップと、
細長い可撓性スリーブを真空封止するステップと、
樹脂材料を真空封止された細長い可撓性スリーブに注入するステップであって、注入された樹脂材料が実質的に所望の形状を取るステップと、
樹脂材料を硬化させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 成形ステップが、幾何学的型内で細長い可撓性スリーブを硬化させるステップを含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 当該方法が、所望の形状の外形を形成するために、幾何学的型の表面上に複数のペグを配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 複数のペグを配置するステップが、幾何学的型の表面に対して非垂直な角度を有するように、複数のペグの1つを置くステップを含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 所望の形状が翼形リブの外形を有する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 当該方法が、硬化した樹脂材料の第1端部及び第2端部を一緒に結合するステップをさらに含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 当該方法が、引抜成形複合部材及び細長い可撓性スリーブ内のガラス繊維層のうち1つを囲むステップをさらに含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 当該方法が、引抜成形複合部材を、細長い可撓性スリーブの湾曲領域全体にわたって、ガラス繊維層の半径方向遠位側に配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項16記載の方法。
- 樹脂材料が熱硬化性ポリマーを含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 翼形リブを製造するためのシステムであって、
第1端部、第2端部、及び閉鎖内部を有する細長い可撓性スリーブであって、所望の形状をもつように構成された細長い可撓性スリーブと、
細長い可撓性スリーブの第1端部に連結され、細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部と流体連通する注入チャネルであって、注入チャネルが液体系樹脂材料を細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部に連通させるように構成された注入チャネルと、
細長い可撓性スリーブの第2端部に連結され、細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部と流体連通する真空チャネルであって、細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部を真空封止するように構成された真空チャネルと、
所望の形状をもつように構成され、細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部に配置された引抜成形複合部材と、
引抜成形複合部材に隣接して配置され、細長い可撓性スリーブの閉鎖内部に配置されたガラス繊維層と
を備えるシステム。 - 所望の形状が、少なくとの1つの湾曲領域を含み、引抜成形複合部材が、1以上の湾曲領域全体にわたって、ガラス繊維層の半径方向遠位側に配置されている、請求項19記載のシステム。
