Claims (13)
- 複数の繊維コンポーネントを組み合わせて成形されるFRP構造体の成形に用いる中子と、バッグとを備え、
前記バッグは、
前記中子の外周を被う中子用バッグ部と、
前記複数の繊維コンポーネントを外部から被う外被バッグ部と、
を有し、
前記バッグは、前記繊維コンポーネントが配置された部位を真空に引いた際においても前記中子が大気圧環境下に存在する構成であり、
前記中子用バッグ部と前記外被バッグ部との間の、前記繊維コンポーネントが配置された部位を真空に引くことにより、前記繊維コンポーネント同士を押圧して成形を行うFRP成形治具。 - 前記中子は、複数の部品から構成される割型構造である請求項1に記載のFRP成形治具。
- 前記中子は、加熱により収縮性又は溶融性を有する素材である請求項1に記載のFRP成形治具。
- 前記成形時において、前記繊維コンポーネント同士を接合する部分に接着剤又はマトリックス樹脂が配置され、
前記中子は、前記接着剤又はマトリックス樹脂の硬化温度以下で収縮又は溶融する素材である請求項3に記載のFRP成形治具。 - 前記中子は、脆性を有し、粉砕により離型可能な素材、又は柔軟性を有する素材である請求項1に記載のFRP成形治具。
- 第1の繊維コンポーネントを治具上に配置する工程と、
前記第1の繊維コンポーネント上に、中子用バッグ部で外周を被った第1の中子を配置する工程と、
前記第1の繊維コンポーネント及び前記第1の中子の上に第2の繊維コンポーネントを配置する工程と、
前記繊維コンポーネントを外被バッグ部で被う工程と、
前記中子用バッグ部と前記外被バッグ部とは、前記繊維コンポーネントが配置された部位を真空に引いた際においても前記第1の中子が大気圧環境下に存在する構成であって、前記繊維コンポーネントが配置された部位を真空に引く工程と
を有するFRP構造体の成形方法。 - 外被バッグ部を治具上に配置する工程と、
前記外被バッグ部内に第1の繊維コンポーネントを配置する工程と、
前記第1の繊維コンポーネント上に、中子用バッグ部で外周を被った第1の中子を配置する工程と、
前記第1の繊維コンポーネント及び前記第1の中子の上に第2の繊維コンポーネントを配置する工程と、
前記中子用バッグ部と前記外被バッグ部とは、前記繊維コンポーネントが配置された部位を真空に引いた際においても前記第1の中子が大気圧環境下に存在する構成であって、前記繊維コンポーネントが配置された部位を真空に引く工程と
を有するFRP構造体の成形方法。 - 前記第2の繊維コンポーネントの上に、中子用バッグ部で外周を被った第2の中子を配置する工程と、
前記第2の繊維コンポーネント及び前記第2の中子の上に第3の繊維コンポーネントを配置する工程と
を更に有する請求項6又は7に記載のFRP構造体の成形方法。 - 前記複数の繊維コンポーネント間に接着剤を配置する工程
を更に有する請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載のFRP構造体の成形方法。 - 前記繊維コンポーネントが配置された部位を真空に引く工程の後に、加熱により前記接着剤を硬化させる工程
を更に有する請求項9に記載のFRP構造体の成形方法。 - 前記複数の繊維コンポーネントが配置されている部位にマトリックス樹脂を注入する工程
を更に有する請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載のFRP構造体の成形方法。 - 前記繊維コンポーネントが配置された部位を真空に引く工程の後に、加熱により前記マトリックス樹脂を硬化させる工程
を更に有する請求項11に記載のFRP構造体の成形方法。 - 前記外被バッグ部を取り外す工程と、
前記中子用バッグ部及び前記中子を取り外す工程と
を更に有する請求項6乃至12のいずれかに記載のFRP構造体の成形方法。
