Abstract
【解決手段】30〜200μmの粒径を有する紙微粉体とデンプンとの混合物である紙ペレット7と、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、及びポリスチレンの混合物である容器リサイクルペレット8と、発泡性ポリプロピレン9と、水10とを押出機11において加熱混合して板状発泡体2を形成し、これを複数直交して重ね合わせて断熱材1を形成する。紙ペレット7が50〜65重量%、容器リサイクルペレット8が15〜25重量%、発泡性ポリプロピレン9が10〜30重量%であり、水10がこれら樹脂等に対して10〜20重量%の範囲となるようにする。板状発泡体2は気泡のない表皮層5aと気泡5cのある発泡層5bに別れ、表皮層5aにより機械的強度が高く、断熱性能も高いため、断熱材1の断熱性能が高い。

Claims (3)
- 30〜200μmの粒径を有する紙微粉体35〜50重量%と、親水性高分子50〜65重量%との混合物である紙ペレットと、
再生ポリプロピレン樹脂55〜65重量%と、再生ポリエチレン樹脂30〜40重量%と、再生ポリスチレン樹脂1〜5重量%との混合物である再生樹脂と、
発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂と、
水とを加熱混合してなり、
前記紙ペレットが50〜65重量%、前記再生樹脂が15〜25重量%、前記発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂が10〜30重量%であり、
前記水が、前記紙ペレット、再生樹脂及び発泡性ポリプロピレン樹脂に対して10〜20重量%の範囲の混合物を、水平方向に複数の孔を有するダイから押出成形してなる板状発泡体を用いた断熱材であって、
複数の板状発泡体を前記ダイからの押出方向を直交させて互いに接着してなることを特徴とする断熱材。 - 前記板状発泡体は、押出方向から見たときに、前記ダイの孔から押し出された複数の棒状体が、隣接する他の棒状体と表面同士が密着結合し、各棒状体の間に押出方向に延びる空隙が形成されるものであり、
前記板状発泡体のうち、最上段に位置する板状発泡体が下方に位置する板状発泡体よりも幅広に形成されると共に、前記押出方向の前後端部近傍に前記押出方向と直交して厚さ方向に切り込みが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱材。 - 板状発泡体の組立体の下面と少なくとも一対の側面を覆うと共に、前記一対の側面の上端縁から外方に突出する突出部を有するシート部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の断熱材。
