Abstract
【解決手段】真空断熱材1は、貫通孔を有する芯材2と、芯材2を覆う少なくともガスバリア層と熱溶着層とを有し芯材2の貫通孔に対応する部分に穴を設けた外被材3とを有し、外被材3の熱溶着層同士を熱溶着して芯材2を減圧密封したものある。そして、芯材2の貫通孔の縁と外被材3の穴との間の外被材3同士が熱溶着された熱溶着部7に、ガスバリア層に挟まれた熱溶着層の厚みが部分的に薄くなった薄肉部8を、穴の周方向に連続して有する。

Claims (1)
- 貫通孔を有する芯材と、前記芯材を覆う少なくともガスバリア層と熱溶着層とを有し前記芯材の貫通孔に対応する部分に穴を設けた外被材とを有し、前記外被材の熱溶着層同士を熱溶着して前記芯材を減圧密封した真空断熱材において、前記芯材の貫通孔の縁と前記外被材の穴との間の前記外被材同士が熱溶着された部分に、前記ガスバリア層に挟まれた前記熱溶着層の厚みが部分的に薄くなった薄肉部を、前記穴の周方向に連続して有することを特徴とする真空断熱材。
