Abstract
【解決手段】吸音材11は、互いにゆるく繋がる繊維から成る基礎材料からなる。繊維は、互いに最小限で絡み合うか、または互いに接着される。この基礎材料は、ある領域において凝縮され、そこでは繊維は、より高い度合いで互いに再配向するかまたは絡み合うか、あるいは互いに接着される。結果的に、異なる密度の領域17および18が形成され、したがって、所望により、吸音材11の音響減衰効果を増強しそして調整することが可能になる。

Claims (10)
- 絡み合った繊維(13、14、15、16)からなり、異なる程度の繊維の絡み合いを示す少なくとも2つの空間的な領域(17、18、28、29)を備えた、不規則繊維不織布の本体(10)
からなる吸音材(11)。 - 異なる程度の繊維の絡み合いを示す2つの前記領域(17、18、28、29)は、異なる繊維密度を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材。
- 空間的な前記領域(17、18、28、29)は、不規則なパターンで配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材。
- 前記領域(17)のより低い程度の絡み合いを示す前記繊維は、主に一平面において配向され、より大きな程度の絡み合いを示す前記領域(18、28、29)では、前記繊維のより多くの部分は当該平面と直角な方向に配向される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材。
- より大きな程度の絡み合いを示す前記領域(18、28、29)は、帯状の形の領域を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材。
- 前記領域(18、28、29)は、互いに異なる距離におよび互いに平行に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の吸音材。
- 不規則繊維不織布の前記本体(10)は、絡み合った繊維(25、26)からなるいくつかの層(32、33)を備え、当該層の少なくとも一の層(32)は、異なる絡み合いの程度を示す領域(17、34、35)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音材。
- 前記層(32、33)のうちの少なくとも2つは異なる絡み合いの程度を示す前記領域(17、34、35、36、37)を有し、前記領域は別々に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の吸音材。
