背景技术
由多种多样的材料例如矿棉、玻璃绒或者天然或者合成纤维组成的声音阻尼材料是已知的。在每种情况中,阻尼材料吸收了声能,即,声波被削弱,原因在于声波的振动能通过摩擦转化成热能。这样,防止了共振的形成和驻波的形成。

发明内容

本发明的阻尼材料形成了无规纤维无纺体(random fiber non-woven body),即,由非有序纤维组成的体。在该体中,该纤维还可以彼此平行的排列在区域中。该纤维可以是交互环接的(interlooped),在该情况中,在至少两个不同区域中的交互环接度可以不同。该无规纤维无纺体可以例如这样来生产,在其中松散的纤维网或者无纺体(例如聚酯)通过特定区域中的机械或者还有热作用而密集化的。这样产生了一种声音阻尼材料,其表现出随空间变化的密度。在这种情况中,本发明提供了一种以成本有利的方式来生产这种阻尼材料的装置。

该表现出不同强度的纤维交互环接的区域可以以规则的或者优选不规则的图案排列,作为其结果,可以实现宽谱声音阻尼效果。
本发明的阻尼材料可以由均匀的纤维或者以及不同的纤维来生产,例如由不同长度和/或厚度的纤维来生产,由均匀材料组成的纤维或者不同纤维(即,纤维混合物)组成的纤维来生产。如果需要,不同尺寸或者由不同的材料组成的纤维也可以在不同的区域中密集化,来形成除了区域特异性不同的纤维交互环接度之外,还形成不同材料的区域。

具体实施方式
图1表示了无规纤维无纺体10,其由声音阻尼材料11组成,并且可以例如用于房间内,房间天花板或者墙壁之中或者之上,扩音器箱或者其他声音装置中的声音吸收或者用于声音阻尼。该无规纤维无纺体10在此由平坦的平行六面体来表示。但是,所述体还可以具有适于各自目标用途的形状。在该示例性实施例中,该无规纤维无纺体10被描绘成一部分的优选连续生产的垫子12,如图2所示。
阻尼材料11是由无法计量的大量的单个纤维13,14,15,16制成,该纤维例如可以由一种均匀的材料或者不同的材料组成。纤维13-16,以及图1所示的剩余纤维(所述的纤维没有明确提及)可以完全地或者部分地由玻璃、陶瓷、羊毛、纤维素、合成材料、一种或多种弹性体、一种或多种聚合物等组成。该纤维可以仅仅由这些材料中的一种组成。但是,纤维的同类或者不同类混合物也可以由不同的这类所述材料组成。
纤维13-16中的至少一些可以由金属或者非金属材料(其也可以是金属化的)组成。纤维13-16可以具有均匀的直径、横截面和长度或者不同的直径和/或不同的横截面和/或不同的长度。
纤维13-16形成了纤维网,其中它们是以松散但是粘着的排列方式来彼此相邻布置的。这样,可以将无规纤维无纺体10区分为不同的区域。松散区域17中的纤维13,14具有最少的纤维交互环接,而位于压实的、更密集的区域18中的纤维15,16具有提高的纤维交互环接度。例如,区域17是由前述的松散纤维网形成的,而区域18代表了压实的区域。优选地,在该无规纤维无纺体10中存在着几个具有提高的纤维交互环接的区域,例如区域18,由此这些不同的区域可以规则地或者不规则地形成和/或排列。它们可以在纤维体10(图1的纵向)或者垫子12的整个高度上延伸。
在区域17中,纤维13,14主要排列在基本上平行于无规纤维无纺体10的上面19或者下面20的平面上,由此纤维13,14优选是基本平行的和在垫子纵向21上定向的,即,参见图2。纤维13,14,以及在垫子纵向上定向的任何另外的纤维已经例如在梳毛方法中,如下来进行了接合:通过梳理天然或者合成纤维来产生具有平行化纤维的松散无纺网。为了生产图1的纤维体10,将因此获得的垫子12通过加工站22,所述站包括一个或多个构件23,24,该构件一直或者在选定的时间作用于位于其下或者通过其下的垫子12上,目的是产生局部提高的交互环接的纤维例如诸如纤维15,16,并因此分别产生具有提高的纤维交互环接的区域18。构件23,24可以以机械的或者非机械的方式作用于垫子12上。具体而言,考虑到合成纤维,所述的构件可以是热源、辐射源或者仅仅是这样的构件,该构件分配喷射有机或者无机流体例如诸如水。或者,构件23,24还可以包括机械工具例如制毯针等等,它们被用来处理垫子12。
为了进一步解释本发明的阻尼材料11,参考图3。同样的,该阻尼材料初始时是垫子12,其中纤维13,14在松散纤维组件中是大部分平行的或者是以基本上平行于上面19的交叉方式来定向的。在区域18中(所述的区域已经例如通过用水喷射来局部密集化该垫子12而产生),纤维25,26从水平方向上重新定向成为大致垂直于上面19的方向。因此,区域18中发生了比剩余的区域17中更大程度的纤维间的交互环接。同时,这种提高的交互环接(其已经通过例如喷水密集化而产生)是通过压实效应而完成的。图3和4表示了由于该处理方法,纤维如何在区域18中,从它们在它们占优的水平位置中的通常的方向,局部重新定向成为倾斜的或者垂直的位置,由此,在同时该材料已经密集化。同时,纤维25,26从水平方向(平行于上面19)上向垂直方向上的重新定向意味着在受影响的位置或者区域18 中该纤维材料的压实。上面19和/或下面20在密集化区域18中可以分别具有一个压痕。
由于垫子12在某些位置中是逐区域密集化的,而在其他位置中没有进行密集化,因此沿着该空间段形成了变化性密度的结构。例如,在密集化区域18之外,可能形成表现出极低密度(即,每单位体积中低比例的纤维)的(中空空间)间隙27,所述间隙中的纤维密度低于垫子12的其余纤维网的密度。这样的间隙27可以是不规则的和例如是大致扁豆形的。它们的形式和排列取决于密集化区域18的形式和排列。
图1或者图3的无规纤维无纺体10表现出良好的声音阻尼性能。它还表现出高的孔和空气体积。撞击阻尼材料11的声波渗入阻尼材料11,并且在其中吸收,即,最终转化成热量。这种效应是由区域18优选的不规则排列支持的,其抑制了驻波的形成,并且能够实现在大频谱中另外的消波作用,这归因于干涉。这样的干涉可发生在阻尼材料11中以及所述的阻尼材料之外。如图3所示,密集化区域18还可以通过压痕来形成,该压痕优选是不规则的排列在所述材料表面上的,所述的压痕反射了某些百分比的冲击声能,并且一起构成了消波干涉。
阻尼材料11可以通过不同的方式设计。虽然目前所述的实施方案中的区域18是通过局部孤岛(例如具有矩形、正方形、圆形或者另外轮廓)形成的,但是它们还可以是条形的,如图4所示。该条可以具有一致的或者变化的宽度。该条可以具有均匀的宽度或者它们可以具有不同的宽度。
图4的阻尼材料11具有几个区域18,28,29,该区域具有提高的纤维交互环接,表示了三个这样的区域。这些区域例如在图2中以彼此平行的距离沿着垫子12的横向(与该垫子的纵向21成直角)延伸,或者平行于所述垫子的纵向延伸。考虑区域18,28,29的纤维定向,结合图1-3中进行的注释都适用。未密集化的区域17,30,31是在区域18,28,29之间形成的,所述未密集化区域 优选占阻尼材料11体积的较大部分。在这些区域中,例如在区域29中,同样可以形成一个或者多个间隙27。例如,这样的间隙27像平行于相邻的密集化区域18,28的纵向通道一样延伸。
在阻尼材料11中,对平行的、条形密集化的区域18,28,29之间的距离进行选择,使其为不规则的。图4表示了三种这样的距离L1,L2,L3。优选该距离是不相等的。理想地,距离L1,L2,L3等中的任一种距离都不相等。区域18,28,29的宽度优选是彼此相同的。
图4的阻尼材料11可以在图2的设备中,通过将无纺纤维材料的垫子12送过加工站22来生产。该纤维主要在水平方向上是松散成层的,并且在特定高度h上堆叠。垫子12的宽度是无规的。对于实际目的来说,这些宽度为50cm到5m。优选垫子12是通过连续生产获得的,并因此能够通过切割根据期望进行调整。
图5表示了一种阻尼材料11,其代表了多层组件。如所示的,该材料包含了两个或者多个层32,33,其中至少一个,但是优选它们中的更多个或者全部,具有一个或多个密集化的区域34,35,36,37。考虑层32的组成,关于图4的示例性实施方案所提供的全部解释都适用。同样可用于层33的是结合图4所提供的解释。因此,作为结合图4的解释,首先可以分别提供层32,33,然后叠加。这样,上层32的密集化区域34,35可以平行于下层33的密集化区域36,37进行定向,由此它们优选不需要以规定的方式移动。作为其的结果,上层32的密集化区域34,35之间的距离可以不同于下层33的密集化区域36,37之间的距离。层32,33在密集化区域34-37的数目和位置方面可以是不同的。
如期望那样多的这样的层可以彼此叠置。如果需要,可以插入不具有密集化区域的层。层32,33,以及全部潜在的另外存在的层的粘结可以通过连续的密集化区域38来产生,区域38平行于其他的密集化区域34-37延伸,或者在与它们垂直的方向上延伸。该连续密集化区域38优选是这样产生的,在其中单个层32,33是彼此叠置的。例如,它们可以通过水喷射密集化或者通过本文献中提到的任何其他模式的密集化来产生。优选如所示的,它们是条形。但是,还可以生产具有局部有限轮廓的连续密集化区域,所述的轮廓例如是圆形的、卵形的或者矩形的。在密集化区域38中,纤维从上层32转移到下层33中。另外的或者可选择的,下层33的纤维可以从下层33转移到上层32中。同样,如同在全部的其他密集化的区域中,密集化区域38中的纤维交互环接度大于第一区域17的周围材料。区域38中的纤维密集化或者交互环接可以与区域34-37相同。但是,区域34-37和38还可以规定为不同的交互环接度和密集化度。
作为密集化区域34-37和38的数目和排列以及它们的密集化程度,以及层32,33数目等等的结果,可以在期望的宽限内调整阻尼材料11的阻尼性能。
图5的阻尼材料11可以在层32,33中可以具有间隙,如已经描述的间隙27那样。另外,朝着各自其他的层延伸的间隙是在密集化区域34,35以及36,37上形成的。图5表示了密集化区域35和层33之间这样的间隙39。这样的间隙可以提高声音阻尼性能。密集化区域34,35,36,37,38彼此之间的距离,以及相对于间隙27,39的几何距离,优选是待削弱的声波波长的一半或者是该波长一半的倍数。例如,如果要削弱200Hz这样的具体频率,该距离可以是85cm。如果阻尼效果集中在2000Hz,则有利的规定该距离为8.5cm。通过改变这些距离可以覆盖更宽的频谱。
图6表示了本发明阻尼材料11的另外一种实施方案,所述的阻尼材料具有至少两个层32,33。在这种情况中,层32,33是相对于彼此横向定向的。虽然下层33的密集化区域36,37是在第一方向上延伸的,但是上层的密集化区域(区域34)是相对于其横向定向的。连接的密集化区域38可以平行于区域34延伸(区域34相对于区域36,37是横向的),或者在分别不同的方向上延伸。归因于密集化区域34和36二者,以及37的相互交叉,在阻尼材料11中形成了另外的间隙,所述间隙能够以积极的方式影响声音阻尼效果。在层32,33中,未密集化区域17中的纤维可以彼此平行来定向或者彼此交叉定向。
在每个所提出的代表了多层组件的实施方案中,阻尼性能可受到所获得的间隙的几何构造的另外的影响,并且将它们的相对距离调整为待削弱的频率。
此外,阻尼性能可以通过层32,33和任选地由不同的地面纤维材料(ground fiber material)制成的另外的层来调整,这样由于空间体积分段而产生了不同的质量密度。另外,可以改变无纺纤维网在垂直于垫子纵向21的方向上的密度。
图7是通过水喷射方法进行密集化过程的一种示意图。同样,垫子12是用已知的方法例如梳理来生产的,任选的还通过交叉铺设或者通过产生纺粘织物来生产的。该垫子12是在水喷射密集化系统的喷嘴板条49下,在垫子纵向21的方向上移动的,所述的喷嘴板条本身是已知的。喷嘴板条49可以是图2所示的构件23,24之一的一部分。同样,喷嘴板条49包括至少一个,但是优选多个喷嘴组40,41,42,43和任选的甚至更多的这样的喷嘴组。每个喷嘴组40-43(其在图7中示意性表示为圆形)可以通过一组较小的喷嘴口(其是直线或者阵列排布的)来单独形成。这些喷嘴组L1,L2,L3之间的距离优选彼此不同。
每个喷嘴组40-43产生了水喷射束44,45,46,47,其撞击到垫子12的表面上,并且渗透该垫子的材料。该撞击的水喷射束44-47导致了垫子12中的纤维流化和重新定向,以及所述纤维的交互环接。这还是如下来实现的:通过密集化垫子12的材料,使得随着该工作的进行,形成了条形密集化的区域18,34,35,36。喷嘴组40-43的直径和施加到喷嘴板条49上的水压是以这样的方式选择的,即,水喷射束44-47使所述的纤维流化,但是没有造成该纤维的分离或者甚至破坏。这样,重要的是在单个水喷射束44-47之间,存在着至少一个间隙,在其中没有发生垫子12的密集化,因此为了形成区域17,这里没有无纺织物的密度增加。垫子12的密集化仅仅发生在水喷射束44-47的作用区域中。此外,可以采取措施来临时中断单个水喷射束44-47,例如水喷射束45。这可以依靠挡板来完成,该挡板被推进到水喷射束45的区域中,目的是中断后者。这意味着,随着在喷嘴板条49下的垫子12的向前移动,在垫子的整个高度上产生了条形密集化的区域,所述的区域在垫子纵向21上中断。
该密集化效果的启动和停用不仅可以通过临时覆盖单个喷嘴组40-43来实现,而且可以通过整个喷嘴板条,例如构件23,24等的喷嘴板条的启动和停用来实现。
该方法特别适于聚酯纤维的垫子12。但是,它不局限于特定的纤维材料。另外,阻尼材料11的制造不仅可以通过水喷射密集化来进行,而且还可以通过其他用于局部密集化垫子12的方法来进行。可以使用这样的方法,该方法使用机械针织或者热密集化。基本的是表现出变化的空间密度的区域是以目标方式在阻尼材料11中产生的。
本发明的阻尼材料11是由地面材料组成的,所述地面材料是由彼此松散连接的纤维构成。例如,该纤维是最低程度的彼此交互环接的或者彼此胶合的。这种地面材料在一些区域中是密集的,在其中纤维重新定向或者彼此交互环接到更大的程度或者是彼此胶合的。因此,形成了不同密度的区域17和18,从而使得可以按需提高和调整该阻尼材料的声音阻尼效果。

Claims (10)
1. 声音阻尼材料(11),其由无规纤维无纺体(10)组成,该无纺体是由交互环接的纤维(13,14,15,16)制成的,并且具有至少两个表现出不同的纤维交互环接度的空间区域(17,18,28,29)。
2. 权利要求1的阻尼材料,其特征在于所述两个表现出不同的纤维交互环接度的区域(17,18,28,29)具有不同的纤维密度。
3. 权利要求1的阻尼材料,其特征在于所述空间区域(17,18,28,29)是以不规则图案的方式排列的。
4. 权利要求1的阻尼材料,其特征在于表现出较低的纤维交互环接度的区域(17)中的纤维主要是在一个平面中定向的,而在表现出较高的交互环接度的区域(18,28,29)中,更大比例的所述纤维是在垂直于所述平面的方向上定向的。
5. 权利要求1的阻尼材料,其特征在于所述表现出较高的纤维交互环接度的区域(18,28,29)具有条形区的形式。
6. 权利要求5的阻尼材料 ,其特征在于所述区域(18,28,29)是以彼此不同的距离和彼此平行的方式排列的。
7. 权利要求1的阻尼材料,其特征在于所述无规纤维无纺体(10)包含由交互环接的纤维(25,26)制成的几个层(32,33),其中所述层中的至少一个层(32)具有表现出不同的纤维交互环接度的区域(17,34,35)。
8. 权利要求7的阻尼材料,其特征在于至少两个所述层(32,33)具有表现出不同的纤维交互环接度的区域(17,34,35,36,37),所述区域是不同排列的。
9. 权利要求8的阻尼材料,其特征在于所述层(32,33)的所述区域(17,34,35,36,37)是条形的,并且是以彼此交叉的方式叠加的。
10. 权利要求1的阻尼材料,其特征在于所述纤维体(10)包含间隙(27,39),该间隙没有纤维或者具有明显低于周围的纤维体(10) 的纤维密度。
