Claims (8)
- 発光素子が搭載される搭載面を有する基板本体と、この基板本体の搭載面の一部に形成され、前記発光素子から発せられる光を反射させる銀を含む反射層と、この反射層上に形成されたガラス質絶縁層とを有し、前記ガラス質絶縁層は、少なくともSiO2と、Al2O3とB2O3の少なくとも一方、およびアルカリ金属酸化物(Li2O、Na2OおよびK2Oから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む)を構成成分とするガラスを含有するものであり、前記成分の酸化物基準のモル%表示での含有量で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)−Al2O3が−20〜1.5%であり、かつSiO2+3×Al2O3が90%以下であることを特徴とする発光素子搭載用基板。
- 前記ガラスが、酸化物基準のモル%表示で、SiO2を35〜85%、Al2O3を0〜20%、B2O3を0〜25%、CaO、SrOおよびBaOの少なくとも1種を5超〜40%で、CaOを0〜40%、SrOを0〜14%、BaOを0〜7%、Li2O、Na2OおよびK2Oの少なくとも1種を1超〜7%含有するものである請求項1記載の発光素子搭載用基板。
- 前記ガラスが、酸化物基準のモル%表示で、SiO2を35〜85%、Al2O3を5超〜20%、B2O3を0〜25%、CaO、SrOおよびBaOの少なくとも1種を0〜5%、Li2O、Na2OおよびK2Oの少なくとも1種を1超〜7%含有するものである請求項1記載の発光素子搭載用基板。
- 前記ガラスが、酸化物基準のモル%表示で、SiO2を35〜70%、Al2O3を1〜15%、B2O3を7〜25%、CaO、SrOおよびBaOの少なくとも1種を0〜30%、Li2O、Na2OおよびK2Oの少なくとも1種を1超〜7%含有するものである請求項1記載の発光素子搭載用基板。
- 前記ガラス質絶縁層が前記ガラス以外にセラミックスフィラーを含有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の発光素子搭載用基板。
- 前記基板本体上に前記発光素子用の接続端子部が形成され、この接続端子部を除く領域に前記ガラス質絶縁層が形成されている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の発光素子搭載用基板。
- 前記基板本体が凹部を有し、この凹部の底面を前記発光素子搭載面とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の発光素子搭載用基板。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の発光素子搭載用基板と、該発光素子搭載用基板の前記ガラス質絶縁層上に搭載された発光素子と、該発光素子を被覆する蛍光体層を有することを特徴とする発光装置。
