Abstract
【解決手段】アルミナセラミックス粉体2と分散剤3と蒸留水4をアルミナ製ポットミルに入れて24時間ボールミル混合を行い(S10)、更に単量体5と架橋剤6を追加して、更に24時間ボールミル混合を実施し(S11)、調整された2次混合スラリーを脱泡(S12)した後、界面活性剤7と重合開始剤8と重合触媒9を追加して、気泡発生器で攪拌して2次混合スラリー中に多量の気泡を導入し(S13)、成形型に充填して(S14)静置するとゲル化して湿潤成形体が形成される(S15)。湿潤成形体を脱型(S16)し、25℃で乾燥させ(S17)、焼成炉に入れて還元焼成(S18)すれば、気孔率が60%〜80%の範囲内のアルミナを主体とした電磁波吸収体1が得られる。

Claims (6)
- 気孔率が60%〜80%の範囲内のセラミックス焼結体を主体とする電磁波吸収体であって、
前記セラミックス焼結体内に炭素からなる網状の導電路が張り巡らされた構造を有し、周波数5.8GHzにおける電波吸収性能が20dB以上であることを特徴とする電磁波吸収体。 - 前記セラミックスはアルミナ(Al2 O3 )であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁波吸収体。
- 前記炭素からなる網状の導電路は、単量体(モノマー)を重合させて形成した高分子化合物のネットワークを還元焼成してなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電磁波吸収体。
- 気孔率が60%〜80%の範囲内のセラミックス焼結体を主体とする電磁波吸収体の製造方法であって、
焼結用セラミックス粉体と、分散剤と、水と、重合して高分子となる単量体(モノマー)と、架橋剤とを混合してスラリーとするスラリー調整工程と、
前記スラリーに界面活性剤と重合開始剤及び/または重合触媒とを混合して攪拌し、前記スラリーに気泡を導入する気泡導入工程と、
気泡を導入した前記スラリーを成形型に充填して静置する成形工程と、
前記成形型から湿潤成形体を取り出す脱型工程と、
前記湿潤成形体を乾燥して生成形体とする乾燥工程と、
前記生成形体を還元雰囲気で焼成する還元焼成工程と
を具備することを特徴とする電磁波吸収体の製造方法。 - 前記セラミックスはアルミナ(Al2 O3 )であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁波吸収体の製造方法。
- 前記単量体(モノマー)はメタクリルアミドであることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の電磁波吸収体の製造方法。
