Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン1の回転により発電して所定の信号を出力する発電手段と、コイルに駆動電流を印加することで開弁して燃料を噴射するソレノイドバルブ30を備えて、エンジン回転周期における所定のタイミングでエンジン1の吸気通路10に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射装置3において、その発電手段は交流発電機31であってエンジン吸気タイミングに一致して出力するクランク角位置にてエンジン1に付設され、その信号は噴射指令信号であるとともに交流の駆動電流としてソレノイドバルブ30に印加するものとされ、エンジン回転数が上昇するに従って印加電圧が高くなることを特徴とするものとした。

Claims (3)
- エンジンの回転により発電して所定の信号を出力する発電手段と、コイルに駆動電流を印加することで開弁して燃料を噴射するソレノイドバルブを備えて、エンジン回転周期における所定のタイミングで前記エンジンの吸気通路に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射装置において、前記発電手段は磁石を端縁側の一部に配設したエンジン回転軸に備えられたフライホイールの外周側の所定位置に起電用のコイルを備えた交流発電機であって、前記起電用のコイルが適用するエンジンにおける吸気タイミングに一致して出力するクランク角位置となるように前記フライホイールの外周側の所定位置に配置されており、出力信号がエンジン吸気タイミングに一致して出力するクランク角位置にてエンジンに付設され、前記信号は噴射指令信号であるとともに交流の駆動電流として前記ソレノイドバルブに印加するものであって、エンジン回転数が上昇するに従って印加電圧が高くなることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。
- 前記ソレノイドバルブに至る燃料通路、或いはソレノイドバルブから吸気通路にいたる燃料通路に燃料流量調整弁が配設されているとともに、スロットルバルブを有した吸気通路が貫通しており、前記スロットルバルブの開弁動作に連動して前記燃料流量調整弁が燃料流量を増加させるように動作するものとされ、エンジン回転数が上昇するに従って1回当たりの燃料噴射量が増加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載した燃料噴射装置。
- 前記エンジンの脈動を導入することで作動して前記ソレノイドバルブに燃料を圧送する燃料ポンプが付設されており、該燃料ポンプはエンジン回転数が上昇するに従って吐出圧力を増大することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載した燃料噴射装置。
