Abstract

等量の30%トリス(g)の中和率/樹脂(g)/樹脂の酸価/7.2*1000
(a)トリス溶液および/または他の第一級アミン溶液を上記樹脂溶液に添加することによる酸性基の中和;
(b)脱イオン水を上記混合物に添加することによるエマルジョン化;
(c)室温で溶媒の蒸発または密封された化学反応装置で真空蒸留工程による溶媒の除去。
(a)トリスおよび/または他の第一級アミンを押し出し機に、有機溶媒の不存在下で添加することによる樹脂の酸性基の中和;
(b)界面活性剤との溶融混合;
(c)脱イオン水の注入によるエマルジョン化。
Claims (4)
- 樹脂混合物を形成するために、少なくとも一つの有機溶媒および相転移剤と少なくとも一つのポリエステル樹脂を接触させる工程と、
前記樹脂混合物に少なくとも第一級アミンを含む中和剤を添加する工程と、
樹脂溶液を形成するために、前記樹脂を溶解する工程と、
ラテックス粒子を含むラテックスエマルジョンを提供するために、前記混合物に水を添加する工程と、
前記ラテックス粒子を連続的に回収する工程とを
含む方法。 - 混合物を形成するために、有機溶媒の不存在下において、トリス(2−アミノエチル)アミン、メチルアミン、エタノールアミン、1,2,4,5−ベンゼンテトラカルボキサミド、1,2,4,5−ベンゼンテトラミン四塩酸塩、1,2−ジアミノシクロヘキサン、1,3−シクロヘキサンビス(メチルアミン)、1,3−ジアミノアセトン二塩酸塩一水和物、1,4−ジアミノアントラキノン、1,5−ジアミノ−2−メチルペンタン、1,9−ジアミノノナン、2,2’−(エチレンジオキシ)ビス(エチルアミン)、2,2−ジメチル−1,3−プロパンジアミン、2,3,5,6−テトラメチル−p−フェニレンジアミン、2,4,6−トリメチル−m−フェニレンジアミン、2,4,8,10−テトラオキサスピロ〔5.5〕ウンデカン−3,9−ジプロパンアミン、2,4−ジアミノトルエン、2,5−ジクロロ−p−フェニレンジアミン、2,5−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンジアミン、2,6−ジアミノ−4−クロロピリミジン1−オキサイド、2,6−ジアミノプリン、2,6−ジアミノトルエン、2−アミノフェニルジスルフィド、3,3’−メチレンジアニリン、3,4’−オキシジアニリン、3,4−ジアミノベンゾフェノン、4,4’−(1,1’−ビフェニル−4,4’−ジイルジオキシ)ジアニリン、4,4’−(1,3−フェニレンジイソプロピリデン)ビスアニリン、4,4’−(1,3−フェニレンジオキシ)ジアニリン、4,4’−(1,4−フェニレンジイソプロピリデン)ビスアニリン、4,4’−(4,4’−イソプロピリデンジフェニル−1,1’−ジイルジオキシ)ジアニリン、4,4’−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ビス(p−フェニレンオキシ)ジアニリン、4,4’−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ジアニリン、4,4’−ジアミノベンゾフェノン、4,4’−ジアミノオクタフルオロビフェニル、4,4’−メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルアミン)、4,4’−ジアミノベンズアニリド、4,4’−メチレン−ビス(2−クロロアニリン)、4,4’−メチレンビス(2,6−ジエチルアニリン)、4,4’−メチレンビス(2,6−ジメチルアニリン)、4,7,10−トリオキサ−1,13−トリデカンジアミン、4,9−ジオキサ−1,12−ドデカンジアミン、4−アミノフェニルジスルフィド、4−クロロ−o−フェニレンジアミン、5,5’−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ジ−o−トルイジン、6−クロロ−3,5−ジアミノ−2−ピラジンカルボキサミド、Dytek(登録商標)EPジアミン、ポリ(1,4−ブタンジオール)ビス(4−アミノ安息香酸塩)、ポリ(1,4−ブタンジオール)ビス(4−アミノ安息香酸塩)、p−キシリレンジアミン、エチルアミン、1−ベンゾフラン−2−アミン、キノリン−4−アミン、4−アミノ安息香酸、ビス−(2−アミノエチル)エーテルおよびそれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択された中和剤と、少なくともポリエステル樹脂を接触させる工程と、
前記混合物を溶融させる工程と、
前記混合物に濃縮界面活性剤を添加する工程と、
ラテックス粒子を含むラテックスエマルジョンを提供するために、前記混合物に水を添加する工程と、
任意に、一つ以上のトナー組成物の付加成分を混合物に添加する工程と、
ラテックス粒子を連続的に回収する工程とを
含むポリエステルエマルジョンを製造する方法。 - 溶融を約25℃から約300℃の温度で、約10rpmから約5,000rpmの速度で実施する工程と、
水を添加する工程は約25℃から約140℃までの温度で実施する、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 少なくともポリエステル樹脂と、
少なくとも第一級アミンと、
水と、
任意に一つ以上のトナー組成物の付加成分とを
含む、トナー。
