Abstract
【解決手段】真空成膜法を用いて赤外線反射膜を形成する車両用窓ガラスの製造方法であって、マスキング材を用いて形成した電磁波を透過する電磁波透過窓を有する赤外線反射膜の膜端部をエッチングにより除去する工程を有することを特徴とし、特に上記エッチング手段として砥石又はレーザーを使用することを特徴とする車両用窓ガラスの製造方法。

Claims (5)
- 真空成膜法を用いて赤外線反射膜を形成する車両用窓ガラスの製造方法であって、マスキング材を用いて形成した電磁波を透過する電磁波透過窓を有する赤外線反射膜の膜端部をエッチングにより除去する工程を有することを特徴とする車両用窓ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記エッチングは、砥石又はレーザーを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用窓ガラスの製造方法。
- 赤外線反射膜が導電性薄膜であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用窓ガラスの製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラスの製造方法を含むことを特徴とする車両用合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 請求項4に記載の製造方法によって製造された車両用合わせガラス。
