Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のDC−DCコンバータは、可変抵抗Rと、可変抵抗の抵抗値に対応して周波数が変調されるスイッチング制御信号s.cを出力するオシレータ130cと、スイッチング制御信号s.cに対応して入力電圧をスイッチングすることによって第1電源ELVDDを出力するブースタ130aと、スイッチング制御信号s.cに対応して入力電圧をスイッチング反転することによって第2電源ELVSSを生成するインバータ130bとを備えていることを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 可変抵抗と、
前記可変抵抗の抵抗値に対応して周波数が変調されるスイッチング制御信号を出力するオシレータと、
前記スイッチング制御信号を受信して、前記スイッチング制御信号に対応して入力電圧をスイッチングすることにより、第1電源を出力するブースタと、
前記スイッチング制御信号を受信して、前記スイッチング制御信号に対応して前記入力電圧をスイッチング反転することにより、第2電源を生成するインバータと
を備えていることを特徴とするDC−DCコンバータ。 - 前記可変抵抗の抵抗値を調整する制御部をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
- 前記制御部は、
流れる電流量を検出する電流検出部と、
前記電流検出部で検出された電流量に対応した周波数値を記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された周波数値を用いて前記可変抵抗の抵抗値を調整する周波数調整部と
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。 - 前記記憶部に記憶されている周波数値の周波数範囲は、0.6MHz〜1.4MHz内であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
- 前記電流検出部は、フレームごとに、流れる電流量を検出することを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
- 前記可変抵抗の抵抗値が大きくなると、前記スイッチング制御信号の周波数が減少することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
- データ信号、走査信号、第1電源及び第2電源に対応して画像を表現する画素部と、
前記データ信号を生成して前記画素部に伝達するデータ駆動部と、
前記走査信号を生成して前記画素部に伝達する走査駆動部と、
前記第1電源及び前記第2電源を生成して前記画素部に伝達するDC−DCコンバータとを備え、
前記DC−DCコンバータは、
可変抵抗と、
前記可変抵抗の抵抗値に対応して周波数が変調されるスイッチング制御信号を出力するオシレータと、
前記スイッチング制御信号を受信して、前記スイッチング制御信号に対応して入力電圧をスイッチングすることにより、第1電源を出力するブースタと、
前記スイッチング制御信号を受信して、前記スイッチング制御信号に対応して前記入力電圧をスイッチング反転することにより、第2電源を生成するインバータと
を備えていることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記可変抵抗の抵抗値を調整する制御部をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記制御部は、
流れる電流量を検出する電流検出部と、
前記電流検出部で検出された電流量に対応した周波数値を記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された周波数値を用いて前記可変抵抗の抵抗値を調整する周波数調整部と
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記記憶部に記憶されている周波数値の周波数範囲は、0.6MHz〜1.4MHz内であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記電流検出部は、フレームごとに、流れる電流量を検出することを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記可変抵抗の抵抗値が大きくなると、前記スイッチング制御信号の周波数が減少することを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
