Claims (10)
- 入力電圧の電圧レベルを検出する電圧検出部と、
前記入力電圧を受けて昇圧し、第1電源を生成して出力するブースタ回路と、
前記入力電圧を受けて反転し、第2電源を生成して出力するが、前記電圧検出部で検出された前記入力電圧の電圧レベルに対応して、前記第2電源の電圧レベルを調整して出力するインバータ回路と、
を備え、
前記ブースタ回路は、
前記入力電圧が伝達される入力端に接続される第1コイルと、
前記入力電圧の電圧レベルに対応してスイッチング動作を行い、前記第1コイルに前記入力電圧を伝達または遮断して前記第1コイルで前記第1電源が生成されるようにする第1スイッチング素子と、
を備え、
前記インバータ回路は、
前記入力電圧の電圧レベルに対応して、前記第1コイルを介して伝達される入力電圧をスイッチングする第2スイッチング素子と、
該第2スイッチング素子のスイッチング動作により前記入力電圧が伝達または遮断される第2コイルと、
参照電圧を変化させる参照電圧可変回路と、
前記参照電圧可変回路と前記第2コイルとの間に接続され、電圧分配して前記第2電源を生成する第1及び第2抵抗と、
を備えることを特徴とするDC−DCコンバータ。 - 前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子に接続され、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子の動作を制御するPWMコントローラをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
- 前記インバータ回路は、
参照電圧の電圧レベルを変化させて前記PWMコントローラの出力信号のパルス幅を決定する参照電圧可変回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。 - 前記入力電圧は、バッテリから伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
- 前記PWMコントローラは、入力電圧に対応する参照電圧の変化値を格納するルックアップテーブルをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
- データ信号、走査信号、第1電源及び第2電源に対応して画像を表現する画素部と、
前記データ信号を生成して出力するデータ駆動部と、
前記走査信号を生成して出力する走査駆動部と、
前記第1電源及び前記第2電源を生成して出力するDC−DCコンバータとを備え、
前記DC−DCコンバータは、
入力電圧の電圧レベルを検出する電圧検出部と、
前記入力電圧を受けて昇圧し、前記第1電源を生成して出力するブースタ回路と、
前記入力電圧を受けて反転し、前記第2電源を生成して出力するが、前記電圧検出部で検出された前記入力電圧の電圧レベルに対応して、前記第2電源の電圧レベルを調整して出力するインバータ回路と、
を備え、
前記ブースタ回路は、
前記入力電圧が伝達される入力端に接続される第1コイルと、
前記入力電圧の電圧レベルに対応してスイッチング動作を行い、前記第1コイルに前記入力電圧を伝達または遮断する第1スイッチング素子と、
を備え、
前記インバータ回路は、
前記入力電圧の電圧レベルに対応して、前記第1コイルを介して伝達される入力電圧をスイッチングする第2スイッチング素子と、
該第2スイッチング素子のスイッチング動作により前記入力電圧が伝達または遮断される第2コイルと、
参照電圧を変化させる参照電圧可変回路と、
前記参照電圧可変回路と前記第2コイルとの間に接続され、電圧分配して前記第2電源を生成する第1及び第2抵抗と、
を備えることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子に接続され、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子の動作を制御するPWMコントローラをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記インバータ回路は、
参照電圧の電圧レベルを変化させて前記PWMコントローラの出力信号のパルス幅を決定する参照電圧可変回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記入力電圧は、バッテリから伝達されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記PWMコントローラは、入力電圧に対応する参照電圧の変化値を格納するルックアップテーブルをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
