Abstract
【解決手段】第一端子20そして第二端子30は、それぞれ側壁11そして側壁12に対してハウジング10の底部寄り位置に取り付けられていて、第一端子20は、可撓な第一弾性腕部22を有し、第一弾性腕部22は、側壁同士間にて平型導体よりも側壁12寄り位置で上記底部の位置から上方へ延びており、平型導体側に向けて突出する第一接触部22Aで平型導体と弾性接触可能となっており、第二端子30は、可撓な第二弾性腕部32を有し、第二弾性腕部32は、側壁同士間にて第一弾性腕部22よりも側壁12寄り位置で上記底部の位置から第一弾性腕部22の上端部よりも上方まで延びており、第一弾性腕部22の上端部よりも上方の位置にて平型導体側に向けて突出する第二接触部32Aで平型導体と弾性接触可能となっている。

Claims (5)
- 回路基板上に配される電気コネクタであって、回路基板の面に対して直角な二つの側壁を有し、該二つの側壁の間に形成された受入空間に上方から平型導体を受け入れるハウジングと、回路基板の面に平行な方向を配列方向として上記二つの側壁のうち一方の側壁に保持される複数の第一端子と、上記二つの側壁のうち他方の側壁に保持される第二端子と、を備える回路基板用電気コネクタにおいて、
上記第一端子そして第二端子は、それぞれ上記一方の側壁そして他方の側壁に対してハウジングの底部寄り位置に取り付けられていて、該第一端子は、可撓な第一弾性腕部を有し、該第一弾性腕部は、二つの側壁の間にて平型導体よりも他方の側壁寄り位置で上記底部の位置から上方へ向けて延びており、平型導体側に向けて突出する第一接触部を有していて、該第一接触部で該平型導体と弾性接触可能となっており、上記第二端子は、可撓な第二弾性腕部を有し、該第二弾性腕部は、二つの側壁の間にて上記第一弾性腕部よりも他方の側壁寄り位置で上記底部の位置から上方へ向けて該第一弾性腕部の上端部よりも上方まで延びており、該第一弾性腕部の上端部よりも上方の位置にて平型導体側に向けて突出する第二接触部を有していて、該第二接触部で該平型導体と弾性接触可能となっていることを特徴とする回路基板用電気コネクタ。 - 第二弾性腕部は、上方に向かうにつれて他方の側壁から離れるように傾斜して延びているともに、該第二弾性腕部の中間位置の屈曲部分から上方へ向かうにつれて上記他方の側壁に近づくように延びており、第二接触部は、該第二弾性腕部の上記屈曲部分に形成されていることとする請求項1に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 第一端子および第二端子は、配列方向で同じ位置で保持されていることとする請求項1または請求項2に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- ハウジングの受入空間への平型導体の挿入を可能とする開位置と、第一端子の第一接触部および第二端子の第二接触部へ平型導体を圧する閉位置との間で回動可能な加圧部材をさらに備え、該加圧部材は、上記第一端子の配列方向にて複数の第一端子のうちの少なくとも一部と同位置に回動中心としての回動軸部を有しており、上記複数の第一端子のうちの少なくとも一部は、平型導体よりも一方の側壁寄り位置で上方へ向けて延びる支持腕部を有していて、該支持腕部は、上記回動軸部を回動可能に支持する回動支持部を有していることとする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一つに記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 第二端子はグランド端子であることとする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一つに記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
