Abstract
【解決手段】再生可能エネルギーに由来した電力を発電するグリーン発電装置により発電された電力を蓄えることが可能な蓄電装置の設置場所毎に配置された、前記蓄電装置から放電される電力の送電を管理するコントローラ、との間で通信する通信部と、前記通信部を介して、複数の前記設置場所に配置された複数の前記コントローラから、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた蓄電量の情報を取得する蓄電量取得部と、前記通信部を介して通信可能なコントローラのユーザをグループ化し、前記蓄電量取得部により取得された蓄電量の情報に基づいてグループ毎に蓄電量の情報を管理するグループ内蓄電量管理部と、を備える、グループ電力管理装置が提供される。

まず、本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、小規模な電力の生産者、消費者、プロシューマにより形成される集合体(以下、マイクログリッド)の電力管理、及びマイクログリッドにおける電力取引方法に関する。特に、本実施形態は、小規模なプロシューマ等で生産、貯蔵されたグリーンエネルギーを束ねて仮想的なグリーンエネルギーの発電・貯蔵機構を実現し、その中で電力の取引を行う仕組みに関する。なお、本稿で「グリーンエネルギー」又は「グリーン電力」という表現を用いた場合、再生可能エネルギー由来のエネルギー又は電力、或いは、低環境負荷の資源を利用して生成されたエネルギー又は電力を意味する。
以下、図1を参照しながら、本実施形態に係る仮想エネルギー発電・貯蔵システム1000の構成について説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る仮想エネルギー発電・貯蔵システム1000のシステム構成例を示す説明図である。
ここで、小規模プロシューマ1001について、より詳細に説明する。小規模プロシューマ1001は、図1に示すように、グリーン発電装置1011、エネルギー制御装置1012、コントローラ1013、蓄電装置1014、表示部1015を所有している。
次に、サービス提供システム1004について、より詳細に説明する。サービス提供システム1004は、図1に示すように、サービス提供サーバ1041、エネルギー価格予測サーバ1042、及び取引管理サーバ1043により構成される。
次に、図3を参照しながら、電動移動体1016を利用した電力管理方法について説明する。図3は、電動移動体1016を利用した電力管理方法について説明するための説明図である。なお、電動移動体1016としては、例えば、電気自動車、電気自動二輪車、電気自転車、電動船舶、電動飛行機等を挙げることができる。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、ユーザに電力の使用状況を簡単に見えるようにし、エネルギーコストの削減を支援する構成に関する。但し、本実施形態は、単に電力使用量をユーザに提示するのではなく、ユーザの電力使用状況を分析した上で、その分析結果をユーザに提示する仕組みを提供するものである。また、本実施形態は、その分析結果に基づいてユーザ環境の改善方針を提案したり、電力の利用効率を向上させるための方法を推薦したりする仕組みをも提供するものである。
まず、図8を参照しながら、本実施形態に係る電力網管理システム2000の構成について説明し、その中でユーザの電力使用状況を分析する方法について述べる。図8に示すように、電力網管理システム2000は、局所電力網2001、電力グリッド2002、広域ネットワーク2003、及びサービス提供システム2004により構成される。なお、図8の例では、本実施形態の技術内容に対する理解を容易にすべく、上記の第1実施形態と実質的に同じ構成要素も異なる符号と名称を与えている。
以下、図17及び図18を参照しながら、本実施形態に係る局所電力網3001について説明する。図17及び図18は、本実施形態に係る局所電力網3001を説明するための説明図である。
上記のコントローラ1013、1018、 、サービス提供システム1004が有する各構成要素の機能は、例えば、図19に示す情報処理装置のハードウェア構成を用いて実現することが可能である。つまり、当該各構成要素の機能は、コンピュータプログラムを用いて図19に示すハードウェアを制御することにより実現される。なお、このハードウェアの形態は任意であり、例えば、パーソナルコンピュータ、携帯電話、PHS、PDA等の携帯情報端末、ゲーム機、又は種々の情報家電がこれに含まれる。但し、上記のPHSは、Personal Handy−phone Systemの略である。また、上記のPDAは、Personal Digital Assistantの略である。

Claims (15)
- 再生可能エネルギーに由来した電力を発電するグリーン発電装置により発電された電力を蓄えることが可能な蓄電装置の設置場所毎に配置された、前記蓄電装置から放電される電力の送電を管理するコントローラ、との間で通信する通信部と、
前記通信部を介して、複数の前記設置場所に配置された複数の前記コントローラから、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた蓄電量の情報を取得する蓄電量取得部と、
前記通信部を介して通信可能なコントローラのユーザをグループ化し、前記蓄電量取得部により取得された蓄電量の情報に基づいてグループ毎に蓄電量の情報を管理するグループ内蓄電量管理部と、
を備える、グループ電力管理装置。 - 前記グループ内のユーザ間で電力を売買する際に、電力の売買を希望するユーザが前記コントローラを介して入力した売り注文及び買い注文を受け付け、受け付けた売り注文及び買い注文に基づいて電力の売買取引の成否を決定する取引管理部と、
をさらに備え、
前記取引管理部は、電力の売買取引が成立した場合に、売買が成立した電力量が、前記売り注文を出したユーザから前記買い注文を出したユーザへと送電されるように、前記売り注文を出したユーザのコントローラ、及び前記買い注文を出したユーザのコントローラを制御する、
請求項1に記載のグループ電力管理装置。 - 前記取引管理部は、前記電力の売買取引を通じて決定されるグループ内における買電価格の推移から将来の時点における買電価格を予測し、前記通信部を介して、予測結果を前記グループ内のユーザのコントローラに送信する、
請求項2に記載のグループ電力管理装置。 - 電力を蓄えることが可能な蓄電装置を搭載した電動移動体が所定の送電網に接続された場合に、前記通信部は、当該電動移動体に設置された、当該蓄電装置から放電される電力の送電を管理するコントローラ、との間で通信し、
前記蓄電量取得部は、前記通信部を介して、前記電動移動体に搭載された前記コントローラから、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた蓄電量の情報を取得する、
請求項3に記載のグループ電力管理装置。 - 前記通信部を介して、前記電動移動体に設置されたコントローラから、当該電動移動体の現在地を示す位置情報を取得する位置情報取得部と、
前記位置情報取得部により取得された位置情報に基づき、前記電動移動体の現在地を含む地図情報を取得する地図情報取得部と、
前記地図情報取得部により取得された地図情報に含まれる充電場所及び/又は売電場所の情報を取得する場所情報取得部と、
前記蓄電量取得部により取得された蓄電量、前記地図情報取得部により取得された地図情報、及び前記場所情報取得部により取得された充電場所及び/又は売電場所の情報に基づいて前記電動移動体が移動可能な充電場所及び/又は売電場所を選択し、前記通信部を介して、選択結果を前記電動移動体に設置されたコントローラに送信する移動情報提供部と、
をさらに備える、
請求項4に記載のグループ電力管理装置。 - 前記移動情報提供部は、前記電動移動体の現在地を基準にした最寄りの充電場所まで前記電動移動体が移動できるだけの蓄電量を当該電動移動体に設置されたコントローラに送信する、
税急行5に記載のグループ電力管理装置。 - 再生可能エネルギーに由来した電力を発電するグリーン発電装置により発電された電力を蓄えることが可能な蓄電装置の設置場所毎に配置された、前記蓄電装置から放電される電力の送電を管理するコントローラ、との間で通信する通信部を有するグループ電力管理装置が、前記通信部を介して、複数の前記設置場所に配置された複数の前記コントローラから、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた蓄電量の情報を取得する蓄電量取得ステップと、
前記通信部を介して通信可能なコントローラのユーザをグループ化し、前記蓄電量取得ステップにて取得された蓄電量の情報に基づいてグループ毎に蓄電量の情報を管理するグループ内蓄電量管理ステップと、
を含む、電力管理方法。 - 電力網に接続された電子機器から、当該電子機器で利用した電力に関する電力情報を取得する情報取得部と、
前記情報取得部が取得した前記電力情報に基づいて、前記電力網全体における電力消費量を算出する消費量算出部と、
前記消費量算出部が算出した前記電力消費量に関する情報を表示する情報表示部と、
を備える、
分析装置。 - 前記情報取得部は、前記電子機器から、電子機器の種別を表す情報を含む機器属性情報を更に取得し、
前記消費量算出部は、前記機器属性情報に基づいて、前記電力網に接続された電子機器を複数の種別に区分し、当該区分ごとの前記電力消費量を算出する、
請求項8に記載の分析装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記電力網内で蓄電されている電力を外部サーバとの間で取引する電力取引部を更に備え、
前記情報取得部は、前記電子機器から、電子機器に蓄電されている電力量を表す蓄電量情報を更に取得し、
前記電力取引部は、前記蓄電量情報に基づいて前記電子機器それぞれについて取引可能な電力量を特定し、当該電子機器ごとに電力の取引を実施する、
請求項8に記載の分析装置。 - 電子機器の電気仕様に関する情報が記載されたデータベースと、
局所的な電力網に接続された電子機器の電力消費量を管理するコントローラから、当該局所的な電力網において使用された電力消費量に関する情報を取得する情報取得部と、
前記情報取得部が取得した前記電力消費量に関する情報に基づいて、前記局所的な電力網に接続されている電子機器を特定する機器特定部と、
前記機器特定部における特定結果及び前記データベースに記載されている電気仕様に関する情報に基づいて、特定された前記電子機器よりも電力消費量の少ない電子機器を検索する機器検索部と、
前記機器検索部における検索結果を前記コントローラに通知する検索結果通知部と、
を備える、
推薦サーバ。 - 電力網に接続された電子機器から、当該電子機器で利用した電力に関する電力情報を取得するステップと、
取得した前記電力情報に基づいて、前記電力網全体における電力消費量を算出するステップと、
算出した前記電力消費量に関する情報を表示するステップと、
を含む、
電力消費量表示方法。 - 局所的な電力網に接続された電子機器の電力消費量を分析する分析装置から、当該局所的な電力網において使用された電力消費量に関する情報を取得するステップと、
電子機器の電気仕様に関する情報が記載されたデータベース及び取得した前記電力消費量に関する情報に基づいて、前記局所的な電力網に接続されている電子機器を特定するステップと、
前記電子機器の特定結果及び前記データベースに記載されている電気仕様に関する情報に基づいて、特定された前記電子機器よりも電力消費量の少ない電子機器を検索するステップと、
電力消費量の少ない電子機器に関する検索結果を前記コントローラに通知するステップと、
を含む、
電子機器推薦方法。 - 電力網に接続されている電子機器に関する情報、電力網の設置環境に関する情報及び/又は電力網において発電された電力の取引に関する情報を取得する情報取得部と、
前記情報取得部が取得した情報、及び、電力網に対する設定情報に基づいて、前記電力網に接続されている電子機器の使用状態及び使用状況を分析する分析部と、
前記分析部による分析結果に基づいて、前記電力網に接続されている電子機器の制御を行う制御部と、
を備える、
分析サーバ。 - 電力網に接続されている電子機器に関する情報、電力網の設置環境に関する情報及び/又は電力網において発電された電力の取引に関する情報を取得するステップと、
情報を取得するステップにおいて取得した情報、及び、電力網に対する設定情報に基づいて、前記電力網に接続されている電子機器の使用状態及び使用状況を分析するステップと、
分析ステップによる分析結果に基づいて、前記電力網に接続されている電子機器の制御を行うステップと、
を含む、機器制御方法。
