Abstract

Description
上記第1及び第2電極131、132は、電気伝導性を有する金属材質、例えば、チタニウム(Ti)、銅(Cu)、ニッケル(Ni)、金(Au)、クロム(Cr)、タンタリウム(Ta)、白金(Pt)、スズ(Sn)、銀(Ag)、燐(P)、アルミニウム(Al)、インジウム(In)、パラジウム(Pd)、コバルト(Co)、珪素(Si)、ゲルマニウム(Ge)、ハフニウム(Hf)、ルテニウム(Ru)、鉄(Fe)のうちの1つ以上の物質または合金を含むことができる。また、上記第1及び第2電極131、132は、単層または多層構造を有するように形成されることができるが、これに対して限定するのではない。
Claims (15)
- 支持部材と、
前記支持部材の上に配置され、開口が形成された印刷回路基板と、
前記印刷回路基板と電気的に連結され、前記開口を通じて前記支持部材と接触する発光素子パッケージと、
を含むことを特徴とする、発光装置。 - 前記発光素子パッケージは、
キャビティが形成されたパッケージ胴体と、
前記パッケージ胴体を貫通して前記キャビティの内で露出される第1フレーム及び第2フレームと、
前記キャビティの底面を形成し、前記第1フレーム及び第2フレームと電気的に分離される第3フレームと、
前記第3フレームの上に配置された発光素子と、
前記発光素子と前記第1フレーム及び第2フレームを電気的に連結するワイヤと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記パッケージ胴体の下面から前記第1フレーム及び第2フレームまでの高さは前記印刷回路基板の厚さと同一であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1フレーム及び第2フレームは、前記印刷回路基板の上の回路パターンと電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第3フレームは、前記支持部材と接触することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第3フレーム、パッケージ胴体、及び印刷回路基板の下面は、前記支持部材と接触することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記発光素子を囲んで前記キャビティの内に詰められる封止層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第3フレームは、前記第1フレームと第2フレームとの間に前記第1フレーム及び第2フレームより低い高さに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第3フレームの上面は第1高さを有する第1平面と、前記第1高さより低い第2高さを有する第2平面と、前記第1平面と第2平面とを連結する傾斜面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記発光素子パッケージは、
胴体と、
前記胴体に配置された第1電極及び第2電極と、
前記第1電極の上に配置され、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極と電気的に連結された発光素子と、
前記発光素子を封入するモールディング部材と、
前記胴体及び前記第1電極の下面に配置された放熱パッドと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記発光素子パッケージは、
胴体と、
前記胴体に配置された第1電極、第2電極、及び熱伝導性部材と、
前記熱伝導性部材の上に配置され、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極と電気的に連結された発光素子と、
前記発光素子を封入するモールディング部材と、
前記胴体及び前記熱伝導性部材の下面に配置された放熱パッドと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記放熱パッドは、熱伝導性テープまたはUVテープで形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項10または請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 前記放熱パッドは、金属材質、炭素繊維材質、または樹脂材質のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10または請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1電極及び前記第2電極は、前記胴体の外側面に露出されたことを特徴とする、請求項11乃至請求項13のうちのいずれか1つに記載の発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項14のうち、いずれか1項による発光装置を含む照明システム。
