Abstract
【解決手段】金属板7aで形成されたシール部材の金属板7aまたは金属板と弾性体で形成されたパックシールの金属板を、Zn−6%Al−3%Mg合金で形成されためっき層Aを有する溶融めっき鋼板で形成することにより、前記めっき層の表面に2層構造の保護皮膜を設け、この保護皮膜は下層のAlとMgを含むZn系保護皮膜と上層のMgを含むZn系保護皮膜とから成るものとして安価な手段で金属板7aの耐食性を高めることができるようにした。

Description
図1(a)、(b)は、参考例を示す。この転がり軸受は、図1(a)に示すように、内輪1と外輪2の間でボール3が保持器4に保持された軸受空間の両側を、芯金の金属板5aと弾性体としてのゴム5bとで形成されたシール部材としての接触シール5でシールした玉軸受であり、図1(b)に示すように、金属板5aはZn−6%Al−3%Mg合金で形成されためっき層Aを有する溶融めっき鋼板で形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 内輪と外輪間の軸受空間の少なくとも片側を、金属板で形成されたシール部材、および金属板と弾性体で形成されたシール部材でシールした転がり軸受において、
前記金属板をZn−6%Al−3%Mg合金で形成されためっき層を有する溶融めっき鋼板で形成して前記めっき層の表面に2層構造の保護皮膜を設け、この保護皮膜は下層のAlとMgを含むZn系保護皮膜と上層のMgを含むZn系保護皮膜とから成ることを特徴とする転がり軸受。 - 上記金属板で形成されたシール部材がスリンガであり、上記金属板と弾性体で形成されたシール部材が接触シールである請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。
- 上記金属板が、打ち抜き加工後にプレス加工によって成形された金属板である請求項1または2に記載の転がり軸受。
