Abstract
【解決手段】 シアンで汚染された土壌を復元し、シアンを処理するためのものであって、固体状態の第1シアンとガスまたは溶存状態の第2シアンで汚染された土壌を収集する収集ステップと、土壌をアルカリ性の洗浄液と混合することによって、固体状態の第1シアンは洗浄液に溶解させ、溶存状態の第2シアンは、土壌から分離して洗浄液に移動させるシアン分離ステップと、洗浄液と土壌とを相互分離する固液分離ステップと、シアンを含んでいる洗浄液を酸性化することによって、第1シアンを再び固体状態に沈殿させる第1シアン沈殿ステップと、固体状態に沈殿された第1シアンと洗浄液とを分離して処理する後処理ステップと、を含んでなることを特徴とするシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。

これに第1シアンとアルカリ性洗浄液とが合えば、第1シアンは固体状態の撤収酸化物とイオン状態の鉄シアン化物とに分離され、イオン状態の鉄シアン化物は洗浄液に溶存する。

ここで、式(3)のCN−は自由シアンであり、式(4)でMは銅、亜鉛などの金属であって、M(CN)4 2−はWADシアンである。
前記の式(5)の反応は、pHが減少するほど活発に進む。本実施形態では、硫酸溶液を洗浄液に投入してpHを低下させることによって第1シアンを沈殿させ、第2シアンを最終的に除去する。本実施形態で酸溶液として硫酸を使用したのは、塩酸などに比べて水素の数が多くてpHの低下にさらに効果的なためである。

Claims (11)
- シアンで汚染された土壌を復元し、シアンを処理するためのものであって、
固体状態の第1シアンとガスまたは溶存状態の第2シアンとで汚染された土壌を収集する収集ステップと、
前記土壌をアルカリ性の洗浄液と混合することによって、前記固体状態の第1シアンは前記洗浄液に溶解させ、前記溶存状態の第2シアンは、前記土壌から分離して前記洗浄液に移動させるシアン分離ステップと、
前記洗浄液と前記土壌とを相互分離する固液分離ステップと、
前記シアンを含んでいる洗浄液を酸性化することによって、前記第1シアンを再び固体状態に沈殿させる第1シアン沈殿ステップと、
前記固体状態に沈殿された第1シアンと前記洗浄液とを分離して処理する後処理ステップと、を含んでなることを特徴とするシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。 - 前記固液分離された洗浄液に酸化剤を添加して前記第2シアンを酸化させた後、前記洗浄液を酸性化させて前記第2シアンを除去する第2シアン除去ステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
- 前記シアン分離ステップで、前記洗浄液のpHは9〜12であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
- 前記シアン分離ステップで、前記洗浄液のpHは11〜12であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
- 前記洗浄液は燐酸塩溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
- 前記燐酸塩溶液はピロリン酸(P2O7 4−)を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
- 前記燐酸塩溶液の濃度は、30〜50mMであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
- 前記第1シアン沈殿ステップ後、前記洗浄液に鉄イオンを添加する残留シアン除去ステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
- 前記第1シアン除去ステップで、硫酸溶液を投入して前記洗浄液を酸性化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
- 前記スラッジ除去ステップ後、前記洗浄液を再び前記シアン分離ステップでリサイクルすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
- 前記洗浄液のpHと濃度とを再び調節してリサイクルすることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシアン汚染土壌の復元方法。
