Claims (11)
- 遠心分離板であって、開口(14,114)を備えており、規定された回転運転において少なくとも一方の表面(16,18,116,118)に生じる漏れ流体を外側に向かって遠心分離するために、前記開口を介して当該遠心分離板(10,110)が回転可能な軸(2)と結合可能である形式のものにおいて、
遠心分離板(10,110)の一方の表面(16,116)に、遠心分離板(10,110)と隣接する構成群(6)との間のスペースを拡大する輪郭(12,112)が付与されているように、遠心分離板(10,110)の形状が構成されていることを特徴とする、遠心分離板。 - 前記輪郭(12,112)が、潜在的な漏れ源(4)とは反対の側に配置された、遠心分離板(10,110)の第1の表面(16,116)に付与されている、請求項1記載の遠心分離板。
- 前記輪郭(12,112)が、環状の段部(12)として遠心分離板(10,110)の第1の表面(16)に構成されている、請求項1又は2記載の遠心分離板。
- 前記輪郭(12,112)が、規定された縁部(119)を備えた環状のアンダカット(112)として第1の表面(16)に構成されている、請求項1又は2記載の遠心分離板。
- アンダカット(112)として構成された輪郭の位置が、遠心分離板(110)と隣接する構成群との間の狭小部の位置によって規定されている、請求項4記載の遠心分離板。
- 遠心分離板(10,110)が、プレス嵌めを介して回転可能な軸(2)に相対回動不能に押嵌め可能であるように、開口(14,114)の寸法が、回転可能な軸(2)の寸法に適合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の遠心分離板。
- 流体ユニット用の流体ポンプであって、電動モータと、回転可能に支承された軸(2)と、少なくとも1つのポンプエレメント(5)とを備えている形式のものにおいて、
モータ側の玉軸受け(6)と、ポンプエレメント側の偏心軸受け(4)との間に、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の遠心分離板(10,110)が配置されていることを特徴とする、流体ユニット用の流体ポンプ。 - 遠心分離板(10,110)の第1の表面(16,116)に付与された輪郭(12,112)が、玉軸受け(6)に面しており且つ偏心軸受け(4)とは反対の側に配置されている、請求項7記載の流体ポンプ。
- 遠心分離板(10,110)が、開口(14,114)を介して回転可能な軸(2)に相対回動不能に押し嵌められている、請求項7又は8記載の流体ポンプ。
- 請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の流体ポンプが設けられていることを特徴とする、車両用の流体ユニット。
- 前記流体ユニット(1)が、アンチロックブレーキシステム及び/又はトラクションコントロール及び/又はエレクトロニックスタビリティプログラム及び/又は接続されたホイールブレーキにおけるブレーキ圧変換用のブレーキアシスタントシステムにおいて使用可能である、請求項10記載の流体ユニット。
