Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリ状態監視回路の最低動作電圧以下であることを検出する最低動作電圧監視回路を備え、バッテリ状態監視回路が最低動作電圧以下のとき、過放電検出回路の出力を過放電検出状態にする構成とした。

Claims (4)
- 二次電池の充放電を制御するバッテリ状態監視回路であって、
基準電圧回路と、
前記二次電池と前記基準電圧回路の電圧を比較し、前記二次電池の過放電を検出する過放電検出回路と、
前記過放電検出回路の出力を入力する制御回路と、
前記バッテリ状態監視回路の最低動作電圧を検出する最低動作電圧監視回路と、を備え、
前記最低動作電圧監視回路は、
前記二次電池の電圧が前記バッテリ状態監視回路の最低動作電圧以下であることを検出する第一のトランジスタと、
前記二次電池の電圧が前記バッテリ状態監視回路の最低動作電圧以下のときに、前記過放電検出回路の出力を過放電検出状態にする第二のトランジスタと、
を備えたことを特徴とするバッテリ状態監視回路。 - 前記最低動作電圧監視回路は、前記第二のトランジスタのゲートをプルアップもしくはプルダウンする第三のトランジスタを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ状態監視回路。
- 前記第一のトランジスタは、前記基準電圧回路の出力がゲートに接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリ状態監視回路。
- 充放電が可能な二次電池と、
前記二次電池の充放電経路に設けられた充放電制御スイッチと、
前記二次電池の電圧を監視し、前記充放電制御スイッチを開閉することによって前記二次電池の充放電を制御する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のバッテリ状態監視回路と、を備えたバッテリ装置。
