Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、駆動機(4)、トルク伝達装置(8)およびトランスミッションを含む駆動伝達系(1)を有する自動車、用のスタータ・ジェネレータに関する。スタータ・ジェネレータ(20)は、固定子(21)および回転子(22)を備える外側回転子として具体化されている。駆動機、トルク伝達装置およびトランスミッションを含む駆動伝達系を備える自動車の製造を、装着に関して、特にスタータ・ジェネレータの装着に関して単純にするために、トルク伝達装置(8)の入力部品(16)に回転に関して固定された方法で接続される回転子フランジ(28)が回転子(22)から延出している。

Claims (10)
- 駆動機(4;44)、トルク伝達装置(8;48)およびトランスミッションを含む駆動伝達系(1;41)を有する自動車、用のスタータ・ジェネレータであって、固定子(21;61)および回転子(22;62)を備える外側回転子として具体化されるスタータ・ジェネレータ(20;60)において、前記トルク伝達装置(8;48)の入力部品(16;55)に回転に関して固定された方法で接続される回転子フランジ(28;68)が前記回転子(22;62)から延出している、スタータ・ジェネレータ。
- 前記回転子フランジ(28,68)が、前記回転子(22;62)に一体的に接続される、請求項1に記載のスタータ・ジェネレータ。
- 前記回転子フランジ(28;68)が、前記回転子(22;62)の回転軸に対して鋭角に配置される、請求項1または2に記載のスタータ・ジェネレータ。
- 前記回転子フランジ(28,68)が、前記回転子(22;62)の前記回転軸に対して約45度の角度で配置される、請求項3に記載のスタータ・ジェネレータ。
- 前記スタータ・ジェネレータ(20;60)が、異なる自動車に設置され得る標準部品として具体化される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスタータ・ジェネレータ。
- 前記トルク伝達装置(8)が、前記駆動機(4)に回転に関して固定された方法で接続されかつ前記回転子フランジ(28)によって前記回転子(22)が取り付けられる入力部品(16)を備える回転振動ダンパ(14)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスタータ・ジェネレータ。
- 前記回転子(62)が前記回転子フランジ(68)によって接続部品(74)に取り付けられ、前記接続部品により、前記トルク伝達装置(48)の入力部品(55)に対する回転に関して固定された接続あるいは部分的に可撓性の接続が可能になる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のスタータ・ジェネレータ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のスタータ・ジェネレータによって規定される、駆動機(4;44)、トルク伝達装置(8;48)およびトランスミッション(12;52)を含む駆動伝達系(1;41)を有する自動車。
- 前記回転子(22;62)および前記固定子(21;61)を異なる装着ユニットに割り当てる、請求項8に記載の自動車。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のスタータ・ジェネレータ(20;60)を、請求項9に記載の自動車に装着する方法であって、2つの装着ユニットが前記自動車に連続的に取り付けられ、前記回転子(22;62)および前記固定子(21;61)が組み合わされる、方法。
