Abstract
【解決手段】媒体の表面の複数の単位領域に描画対象を描画する描画装置をコンピュータが制御する描画制御方法であって、前記コンピュータは、相隣接する複数の単位領域にわたる複数の連続的な線分を連続的に描画するように、前記描画対象に含まれる線分の描画順を決定する描画順決定工程を実行する。

Description
始点を発色させるためには、より強い描画出力でレーザを照射する必要があるが、始点だけレーザの出力を増大させると、媒体に大きなエネルギがかかり、発色低下や消え残り等が生じて繰り返し耐久性が低下してしまうという問題がある。
図5は、実施の形態1のレーザマーキング装置100のハードウェア構成の一例を示す図である。
実施の形態2の描画制御方法は、描画位置決定手段21によって実行される描画位置決定工程において、線分の始点を描画方向において所定の距離だけ後退させるものである。
実施の形態3の描画制御方法は、一又は複数の連続する線分を複数の描画区間に分割して、描画区間毎に描画出力(レーザ出力)をパルス状に設定するものである。
図17は、実施の形態4の描画制御方法による描画順を示す概念図である。

Claims (7)
- 媒体の表面の複数の単位領域に描画対象を描画する描画装置をコンピュータが制御する描画制御方法であって、
前記コンピュータは、
相隣接する複数の単位領域にわたる複数の連続的な線分を連続的に描画するように、前記描画対象に含まれる線分の描画順を決定する描画順決定工程を実行する、描画制御方法。 - 媒体の表面の複数の単位領域に描画対象を描画する描画装置をコンピュータが制御する描画制御方法であって、
前記コンピュータは、
前記描画対象を描画するための描画情報に基づき、前記媒体に前記描画対象に含まれる線分を描画する描画位置を決定する際に、一又は複数の連続する前記線分の描画開始位置を描画方向において所定距離後退させる描画位置決定工程を実行する、描画制御方法。 - 媒体の表面の複数の単位領域に描画対象を描画する描画装置をコンピュータが制御する描画制御方法であって、
前記コンピュータは、
前記描画対象に含まれる一又は複数の連続する線分を複数の描画区間に分割し、一又は複数の連続する前記描画区間毎に、前記描画装置が前記描画対象を描画するための描画出力をパルス状に設定する描画出力設定工程を実行する、描画制御方法。 - 媒体の表面の複数の単位領域に描画対象を描画する描画装置をコンピュータが制御する描画制御方法であって、前記描画対象は、複数の線分を含み、かつ、当該線分は複数行に配列されており、
前記コンピュータは、
前記描画対象に含まれる複数の線分の描画順を決定する際に、奇数行の線分を行単位で順次描画してから偶数行の線分を行単位で順次描画するように、又は、偶数行の線分を行単位で順次描画してから奇数行の線分を行単位で順次描画するように、前記線分の描画順を決定する描画順決定工程を実行する、描画制御方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の描画制御方法により制御されるレーザ照射装置において、
レーザを照射するレーザ発振器と、
前記レーザ発振器が照射するレーザの照射方向を制御する方向制御ミラーと、
前記方向制御ミラーを駆動する方向制御モータと、
を有するレーザ照射装置。 - 請求項1乃至4の描画制御方法を実行するための描画制御プログラム。
- 請求項6に記載の描画制御プログラムを記録した記録媒体。
