Abstract
【解決手段】頭部における生体信号の測定に用いられる生体信号測定用装具は、額に当接される額当接部と、後頭に当接される後頭当接部と、上記額当接部と上記後頭当接部とを端として頭部の前後方向を挟み入れて頭部を支持する支持体とを有する。

Description
したがって、長期間の測定を要する場合であっても、圧迫(装着)に起因する生理現象の変動(偏頭痛や不快感等)が抑制される。
かくして、頭部で生じる長期間の波動を測定する場合であっても、短期間の波動を測定する場合と同程度に測定し得る生体信号測定用装具が実現される。

図1において、生体信号測定用装具1の構成を示す。この生体信号測定用装具1は、頭部を支持可能な支持体(以下、これをヘアバンドとも呼ぶ)2を有する。このヘアバンド2は、弾力をもつ板状のプラスチック材又は金属材でなりC字状に形成される。
次に、生体信号測定用装具1の装着手順を説明する。第1ステップでは、ヘアバンド2の裏面が、頭頂と額との間に接するまで被せられる。ヘアバンド2は弾力をもつC字状に形成されているため(図1参照)、両端が近づく方向に所定圧が加わる状態で頭部を挟み込むことができる。したがって、頭部に対するヘアバンド2自体の位置ずれが低減される。
図4において、リファレンス電極12,プローブ電極13によってセンシングされる生体信号を測定する測定部の構成を示す。測定部における回路基板等は、例えばヘアバンド2の表面又は内部に設けられる。

図5において、生体信号測定用装具50の構成を示す。この生体信号測定用装具50は、頭部を支持可能な支持体(以下、これをヘアバンドとも呼ぶ)51を有する。このヘアバンド51は、布材又はゴム材でなり帯状乃至環状に形成される。
次に、生体信号測定用装具50の装着手順を説明する。第1ステップでは、ヘアバンド51が、頭部周囲に装着される。
[3−1.生体信号測定用装具の構成]
第3の実施の形態における生体信号測定用装具は、頭部装具300(図9〜図16)と、顎部装具500(図19〜図22)とによって構成される。
次に、生体信号測定用装具の装着手順を説明する。第1ステップでは、頭部の前後方向にヘアバンド310が被せられる。
図4との対応部分に同一符号を付した図32において測定部600の構成を示す。この測定部600は、増幅部631、A/D変換部33、フィルタ部632、演算部650、解析部634、メモリ35及び通信部36を含む構成とされる。
上述の第1の実施の形態ではヘアバンド2が頭の左右側部を挟み込むように装着された。しかしながら装着手法はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、ヘアバンド2が頭の前後側部を挟み込むように装着することも可能である。

- 頭部における生体信号の測定に用いられる生体信号測定用装具であって、
額に当接される額当接部と、
後頭に当接される後頭当接部と、
上記額当接部と上記後頭当接部とを端として頭部の前後方向に挟みこまれ頭部に支持される支持体と
を有する生体信号測定用装具。 - 上記支持体に設けられ、該支持体から延長されるアームを着脱自在に取り付け可能な取付口
をさらに有し、
上記取付口の位置は、
上記支持体のうち正中矢状面上に位置される部分に取り付けられる電極と、耳朶に配すべきとして上記アームに取り付けられる電極それぞれが最短距離となる関係にある位置とされる

規定期間ごとの上記生体信号におけるレベルの平均と、該平均に対して設定される閾値とを比較し、上記平均が上記閾値を下回る場合、電極を再装着すべきことを通知する

上記1対の分岐部分の一方には、右側の外後頭隆起の首側傾斜部分に当接される第1の後頭当接部が後端として連結され、上記1対の分岐部分の他方には、左側の外後頭隆起の首側傾斜部分に当接される第2の後頭当接部が後端として連結される
請求項2又は請求項3に記載の生体信号測定用装具。 - 上記1対の分岐部分が分岐する位置は、頭の中心が対向されるべき位置よりも後頭側寄りの位置とされる
