Abstract
【解決手段】グロープラグ1は、先端部が閉塞するとともに、内部が封止状態にある筒状のチューブ7と、当該チューブ7内に配設され、先端が前記チューブ7の先端に接合される発熱コイル9とを備える。発熱コイル9は、Niを主成分とし、Niよりも少ないWを含んでなる合金により形成される。

前記チューブ内に配設され、先端が前記チューブの先端に接合される発熱抵抗体とを備えたグロープラグであって、
前記発熱抵抗体を、ニッケル(Ni)を主成分とし、Niよりも少ないタングステン(W)を含んでなる合金により形成したことを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 先端部が閉塞するとともに、内部が封止状態にある筒状のチューブと、
前記チューブ内に配設され、先端が前記チューブの先端に接合される発熱抵抗体とを備えたグロープラグであって、
前記発熱抵抗体を、ニッケルを主成分とし、ニッケルよりも少ないタングステンを含んでなる合金により形成したことを特徴とするグロープラグ。 - 前記チューブ内の空間に接する部分に、クロム、ケイ素、及び、チタンの少なくとも一種が含有されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記発熱抵抗体は、5mol%以上30mol%以下のクロム、1mol%以上10mol%以下のケイ素、及び、1mol%以上5mol%以下のチタンのうち少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記発熱抵抗体は、5mol%以上10mol%以下のバナジウム、5mol%以上10mol%以下のモリブデン、1mol%以上5mol%以下のニオブ、及び、1mol%以上10mol%以下のタンタルのうち少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記発熱抵抗体のタングステン含有量を0.5mol%以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記発熱抵抗体のタングステン含有量を15mol%以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のグロープラグ。
- 前記発熱抵抗体のリンの含有量を0.05質量%以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のグロープラグ。
