Abstract
【解決手段】第1暗電流を供給する第1素子、及び第2暗電流を供給する第2素子を備える電流発生部110と、電流発生部110と連結される第1演算増幅部120と、第1演算増幅部120と連結されて、第1演算増幅部120のオフセット電圧が補償された基準電圧を設定する電圧設定部130と、を備える基準電圧設定装置100及びそれを備える照度測定装置、並びにディスプレイ装置である。

Claims (16)
- 第1暗電流を供給する第1素子、及び第2暗電流を供給する第2素子を備える電流発生部と、
前記電流発生部と連結される第1演算増幅部と、
前記第1演算増幅部と連結されて、前記第1演算増幅部のオフセット電圧が補償された基準電圧を設定する電圧設定部と、を備えることを特徴とする基準電圧設定装置。 - 前記電流発生部は、
第1電源と基準ノードとの間に連結されて、周辺の温度により第1暗電流を供給する第1素子と、
前記基準ノードと第2電源との間に連結されて、周辺の温度により第2暗電流を供給する第2素子と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の基準電圧設定装置。 - 前記第1素子は、ダークダイオードであり、
前記第2素子は、遮光膜を備えるフォトダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の基準電圧設定装置。 - 前記第1演算増幅部は、
第1入力端子と、
第1スイッチを通じて前記基準ノードに連結されるか、または第2スイッチを通じて調節電圧が印加される第2入力端子と、
前記電圧設定部に連結される出力端子と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の基準電圧設定装置。 - 前記第1演算増幅部は、
前記第1入力端子と前記出力端子との間に連結される第3スイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の基準電圧設定装置。 - ダークダイオードと、
前記ダークダイオードと電気的に連結されるフォトダイオードと、
前記ダークダイオード及びフォトダイオードに連結される第1演算増幅部と、
前記第1演算増幅部と連結される照度計算部と、
前記第1演算増幅部と連結され、前記第1演算増幅部に印加される基準電圧を設定する基準電圧設定部と、を備えることを特徴とする照度測定装置。 - 前記第1演算増幅部は、
前記フォトダイオードのカソード端子と連結される反転入力端子と、
前記基準電圧設定部で設定された前記基準電圧が印加される非反転入力端子と、
前記照度計算部に連結される出力端子と、を備え、
前記第1演算増幅部の反転端子と出力端子との間に連結されるキャパシタを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の照度測定装置。 - 前記第1演算増幅部は、
前記反転入力端子と前記出力端子との間に連結される第1スイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の照度測定装置。 - 前記基準電圧設定部は、
第1暗電流を供給する第1素子、及び第2暗電流を供給する第2素子を備える電流発生部と、
前記電流発生部と連結される第2演算増幅部と、
前記第2演算増幅部と連結されて、前記第2演算増幅部のオフセット電圧が補償された基準電圧を設定して前記第1演算増幅部に印加する電圧設定部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の照度測定装置。 - 前記電流発生部は、
第1電源と基準ノードとの間に連結されて、周辺の温度により第1暗電流を供給する前記第1素子と、
前記基準ノードと第2電源との間に連結されて、周辺の温度により第2暗電流を供給する第2素子と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の照度測定装置。 - 前記第1素子は、ダークダイオードであり、
前記第2素子は、遮光膜を備えるフォトダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の照度測定装置。 - 前記第2演算増幅部は、
第1入力端子と、
第2スイッチを通じて前記基準ノードに連結されるか、または第3スイッチを通じて調節電圧が印加される第2入力端子と、
前記電圧設定部に連結される出力端子と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の照度測定装置。 - 前記第2演算増幅部は、
前記第1入力端子と前記出力端子との間に連結される第4スイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の照度測定装置。 - 前記電圧設定部は、
前記第2演算増幅部を通じて出力された基準ノードの電圧値と、前記第2演算増幅部を通じて出力された調節電圧値とを比較し、二つの電圧値が同一であるように調整した調節電圧を前記第1演算増幅部の基準電圧として設定することを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載の照度測定装置。 - 複数の画素を備える画素部と、
外部から入射される光の照度を感知する照度測定装置と、
前記画素部を駆動する複数の駆動部と、
前記駆動部を制御し、前記照度測定装置で感知した光の照度によって前記画素部に表示されるデータの輝度を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記照度測定装置は、
ダークダイオードと、
前記ダークダイオードと電気的に連結されるフォトダイオードと、
前記ダークダイオード及びフォトダイオードに連結される第1演算増幅部と、
前記第1演算増幅部と連結される照度計算部と、
前記第1演算増幅部と連結され、前記第1演算増幅部に印加される基準電圧を設定する基準電圧設定部と、を備えることを特徴とするディスプレイ装置。 - 前記基準電圧設定部は、
第1暗電流を供給する第1素子及び第2暗電流を供給する第2素子を備える電流発生部と、
前記電流発生部と連結される第2演算増幅部と、
前記第2演算増幅部と連結されて、前記第2演算増幅部のオフセット電圧が補償された基準電圧を設定して前記第1演算増幅部に印加する電圧設定部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のディスプレイ装置。
