Abstract
【解決手段】C字形状の積層鉄心1は、上側加熱コイル3aが巻回された上部鉄心1aと、下側加熱コイル3bが巻回された下部鉄心1bとに分割されると共に、少なくとも分割部分である、上部鉄心1aの凸型円弧面20aおよび下部鉄心1bの凹型円弧面20bにエポキシ樹脂を静電粉体塗装した絶縁処理が施される。

Description
前記C字形状の積層鉄心は、前記上側加熱コイルが巻回された上部鉄心と、前記下側加熱コイルが巻回された下部鉄心とに分割されると共に、少なくとも該上部鉄心と下部鉄心の間の分割部分を絶縁処理してなることを特徴とする(第1発明)。
Claims (2)
- C字形状の積層鉄心の開口部を挟んだ上側端部に上側加熱コイルを巻回すると共に、下側端部に下側加熱コイルを巻回して上下インダクタを形成し、この上下インダクタの間に被加熱材を走行させて誘導加熱する誘導加熱装置であって、
前記C字形状の積層鉄心は、前記上側加熱コイルが巻回された上部鉄心と、前記下側加熱コイルが巻回された下部鉄心とに分割されると共に、少なくとも該上部鉄心と下部鉄心の間の分割部分を絶縁処理してなることを特徴とする誘導加熱装置。 - 請求項1記載の誘導加熱装置において、
前記C字形状の積層鉄心は、前記絶縁処理として、前記上部鉄心および下部鉄心との間の分割部分の表面に絶縁樹脂が塗布されてなることを特徴とする誘導加熱装置。
