Abstract
【解決手段】
電流能力をダイナミックに増加できるポンプシステムは、出力電圧を生成するポンプ回路と、ポンプイネーブル信号に基づいて特定の周波数でポンプさせるようにポンプ回路を駆動する発振器と、発振器とポンプ回路からフィードバックされた出力電圧に結合され、この出力電圧フィードバック信号に基づいて発振器にポンプイネーブル信号を生成するリミッタと、発振器とポンプイネーブル信号に結合され、ポンプイネーブル信号の閾値パラメータに基づいて増加された周波数で動作するように発振器を駆動するエッジタイマーとを含む。

Claims (4)
- 電流能力をダイナミックに増加できるポンプシステムであって、
出力電圧を生成するポンプ回路と、
ポンプイネーブル信号に基づいて特定の周波数でポンプさせるように前記ポンプ回路を駆動する発振器と、
前記発振器と前記ポンプ回路からフィードバックされた前記出力電圧に結合され、前記出力電圧フィードバック信号に基づいて前記ポンプイネーブル信号を前記発振器に生成するリミッタと、
前記発振器と前記ポンプイネーブル信号に結合され、前記ポンプイネーブル信号の閾値パラメータに基づいて増加された周波数で動作させるように前記発振器を駆動するエッジタイマーとを含む、ポンプシステム。 - 前記ポンプイネーブル信号の前記閾値パラメータは、前記ポンプイネーブル信号がハイである時間量に対応する閾値時間である、請求項1に記載のポンプシステム。
- 前記エッジタイマーの前記閾値時間はダイナミックに設定できる、請求項2に記載のポンプシステム。
- 前記エッジタイマーは前記ポンプイネーブル信号の生成後、遅延時間を経てから動作可能となる、請求項1に記載のポンプシステム。
