Abstract
【解決手段】第1周波数の三角波とディミング制御信号のレベルを比較し、ディミング制御電流を供給または遮断するディミング制御部と、ディミング制御電流及びランプに流れる電流に相応する検出電圧を受け、ディミング制御電流が入力されない場合検出電圧と基準電圧の入力を受け互いに比較し、その誤差に該当する誤差電圧を出力し、ディミング制御電流が入力される場合出力端が実質的に接地レベルになる誤差増幅部と、誤差増幅部と所定電圧源の間に連結された抵抗と、誤差増幅部と接地の間に連結されたキャパシタを有する時定数回路部と、誤差増幅部に連結され入力された信号と第2周波数の三角波のレベルを比較し、デューティーが制御されたランプ制御パルスを生成するランプ制御パルス生成部とを含むLCDバックライトインバータを提供する。

Claims (4)
- 第1周波数を有する三角波とディミング制御信号のレベルを比較し、その結果によってディミング制御電流を供給または遮断するディミング制御部と、
前記ディミング制御電流及びランプに流れる電流に相応する検出電圧を入力端で入力を受け、前記ディミング制御電流が入力されない場合検出電圧と既設定された基準電圧の入力を受け互いに比較し、その誤差に該当する誤差電圧を出力端に出力し、前記ディミング制御電流が入力される場合前記出力端が実質的に接地レベルになる誤差増幅部と、
前記誤差増幅部の出力端と所定電圧源の間に連結された抵抗と、前記誤差増幅部の出力端と接地の間に連結されたキャパシタとを有する時定数回路部と、
前記誤差増幅部の出力端に入力端が連結されて、前記入力端に入力された信号と、第2周波数を有する三角波とのレベルを比較しデューティーが制御されたランプ制御パルスを生成するランプ制御パルス生成部と、
を含むLCDバックライトインバータ。 - 前記ディミング制御部は、前記第1周波数を有する三角波を生成するPWM発振器と、
前記第1周波数の三角波が反転入力端で入力され、かつ前記ディミング制御信号が非反転入力端で入力され前記第1周波数の三角波と前記ディミング制御信号のレベルを比較し、前記ディミング制御信号のレベルが前記第1周波数の三角波レベルより大きい場合高の状態を有するディミング制御パルスを出力する第1比較器と、
前記ディミング制御パルスが高の時オンされ前記ディミング制御電流を生成し、前記ディミング制御パルスが低の時オフされる電流源とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のLCDバックライトインバータ。 - 前記誤差増幅部は、前記ディミング制御電流及びランプに流れる電流に相応する検出電圧を反転入力端で入力を受け、かつ基準電圧を非反転入力端で入力を受け、前記ディミング制御電流が入力されない場合検出電圧と既設定された基準電圧の入力を受け互いに比較し、その誤差に該当する誤差電圧を出力端に出力する誤差増幅器と、
前記誤差増幅器の反転入力端と出力端の間に連結されたキャパシタとを含み、
前記ディミング制御電流が入力される時、前記キャパシタの充填によって前記誤増幅器の出力端が実質的に接地レベルになることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のLCDバックライトインバータ。 - 前記ランプ制御パルス生成部は、前記第1周波数より大きい第2周波数の三角波を生成するメイン発振器と、
前記第2周波数の三角波が反転入力端で入力され、かつ前記誤差増幅部の出力信号が非反転入力端で入力され、前記第2周波数の三角波と前記誤差増幅部の出力信号のレベルを比較し前記誤差増幅部の出力信号のレベルが前記第2周波数の三角波レベルより大きい場合高の状態を有する前記ランプ制御パルスを出力する第2比較器と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のLCDバックライトインバータ。
