Abstract
【解決手段】ライナー2を回転させながら移送するとともに、ライナー2の軌道上の周囲に配置された繊維供給ガイド44により導かれる繊維束1Bをライナー2の外周面2aに巻き付けていくフィラメントワインディング装置100において、ライナー2に巻き付けられる手前の繊維束1Bに対して樹脂を吹付ける樹脂供給ノズル45を備え、樹脂供給ノズル45は、樹脂供給ノズル45の噴射口45aとライナー2の回転軸とを結んだ直線により定義される仮想線に対して、ライナー2の回転方向の下流側に向けて樹脂を吹付けるように配置した。

Description
前記ライナーに巻き付けられる手前の前記繊維束に対して樹脂を吹付ける樹脂供給ノズルを備え、
前記樹脂供給ノズルは、該樹脂供給ノズルの噴射口と前記ライナーの回転軸とを結んだ直線により定義される仮想線よりも前記ライナーの回転方向の下流側に向けて樹脂を吹付けるように配置されるものである。
前記第1の樹脂供給ノズルが主として前記繊維束に対して樹脂を吹付け、前記第2の樹脂供給ノズルが補完的に前記繊維束に対して樹脂を吹付けるものである。

Claims (6)
- ライナーを回転させながら移送するとともに、該ライナーの軌道上の周囲に配置された繊維供給ガイドにより導かれる繊維束を該ライナーの外周面に巻き付けていくフィラメントワインディング装置において、
前記ライナーに巻き付けられる手前の前記繊維束に対して樹脂を吹付ける樹脂供給ノズルを備え、
前記樹脂供給ノズルは、該樹脂供給ノズルの噴射口と前記ライナーの回転軸とを結んだ直線により定義される仮想線よりも前記ライナーの回転方向の下流側に向けて樹脂を吹付けるように配置される、ことを特徴とするフィラメントワインディング装置。 - 前記樹脂供給ノズルは、前記ライナーの移送方向と直交する平面により定義される仮想平面に対して平行に樹脂を吹付けるように配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィラメントワインディング装置。
- 前記樹脂供給ノズルは、前記ライナーの移送方向と直交するとともに前記噴射口と交わる平面により定義される仮想平面よりも前記ライナーの前側に向けて樹脂を吹付けるように配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィラメントワインディング装置。
- 前記樹脂供給ノズルは、前記ライナーに巻き付けられる手前の前記繊維束の進行方向に対して平行又は略平行に樹脂を吹付けるように配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のフィラメントワインディング装置。
- 前記樹脂供給ノズルは、前記ライナーの外周面に対して進退する方向に移動自在とする、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のフィラメントワインディング装置。
- 前記樹脂供給ノズルは、前記ライナーの移送方向に対して前側に配置される第1の樹脂供給ノズルと前記ライナーの移送方向に対して後側に配置される第2の樹脂供給ノズルとを含み、
前記第1の樹脂供給ノズルが主として前記繊維束に対して樹脂を吹付け、前記第2の樹脂供給ノズルが補完的に前記繊維束に対して樹脂を吹付ける、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のフィラメントワインディング装置。
