Abstract

Description
イッテルビウム二ケイ酸塩(主要遷移材料)、鉄酸化物ナノ粒子(焼結助剤)、エタノール(溶剤)、及びポリエチレンイミン(分散剤)を混合することによって作製した。この混合物を15時間ローラーミルに配置した。ローラーミルから容器を取り除いた後、ジルコニア媒体を除去し、スラリーを325メッシュスクリーンによって濾過してあらゆる大径粒子の凝集体を除去した。

Fe2O3、鉄ケイ酸塩、希土類鉄酸化物、Al2O3、ムライト、希土類アルミン酸塩、希土類アルミノケイ酸塩、TiO2、希土類チタン酸塩、Ga2O3、希土類ガリウム酸塩、NiO、ニッケルケイ酸塩、希土類ニッケル酸化物、Lnb金属、Lnb2O3、Lnb2Si2O7、Lnb2SiO5、ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルカリ土類ケイ酸塩、アルカリ土類希土類酸化物、アルカリ土類希土類ケイ酸塩、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、該遷移層の1〜約15容量%の二次材料を含む、少なくとも1つの遷移層(16)とからなり;

BSAS及び希土類ドープBSASから選択される、該柔軟層の約85〜約99容量%の主要柔軟材料、並びに、
Ln2O3、Ln2Si2O7、Ln2SiO5、Ln3Al5O12、Al2O3、ムライト、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、約1〜約15容量%の二次柔軟材料を含む柔軟層(18)と
のいずれか1つ以上を選択的に有しており、
前記外層はその約0〜約30容量%の多孔率を有しており、前記柔軟層はその約0〜約15容量%の多孔率を有している、請求項1、2、3、又は4のいずれかに記載のコーティング(12)。 - 前記遷移層の前記ドープ希土類二ケイ酸塩及び前記外層の前記ドープ希土類一ケイ酸塩は、鉄、アルミニウム、チタン、ガリウム、ニッケル、ホウ素、アルカリ、及びアルカリ土類、並びにLnb希土類金属からなる、請求項1、2、3、4、又は5のいずれかに記載のコーティング(12)。
- 前記遷移層(16)は約0.1ミル〜約40ミルの厚さを有し、前記外層(20)は約0.1ミル〜約3ミルの厚さを有し、前記柔軟層(18)は約0.1ミル〜約40ミルの厚さを有している、請求項1、2、3、4、5、又は6のいずれかに記載のコーティング(12)。
- 前記高温セラミック部品(10)は、セラミックマトリックス複合体、即ち、燃焼器部品、タービンブレード、シュラウド、ノズル、ヒートシールド、及びベーンからなる群から選択されるモノリシックセラミックタービンエンジン部品である、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、又は7のいずれかに記載のコーティング(12)。
- 前記スラリー焼結助剤は、鉄酸化物、酸化ガリウム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ニッケル、酸化チタン、酸化ホウ素、アルカリ土類酸化物、カルボニル鉄、鉄金属、アルミニウム金属、ホウ素、ニッケル金属、水酸化鉄、水酸化ガリウム、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化ニッケル、水酸化チタン、アルカリ土類水酸化物、炭酸鉄、炭酸ガリウム、炭酸アルミニウム、炭酸ニッケル、炭酸ホウ素、アルカリ土類炭酸塩、シュウ酸鉄、シュウ酸ガリウム、シュウ酸アルミニウム、シュウ酸ニッケル、シュウ酸チタン、溶剤可溶性鉄塩、溶剤可溶性ガリウム塩、溶剤可溶性アルミニウム塩、溶剤可溶性ニッケル塩、溶剤可溶性チタン塩、溶剤可溶性ホウ素塩、及び溶剤可溶性アルカリ土類塩からなる群から選択される、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、又は8のいずれかに記載のコーティング(12)。
- 前記スラリー焼結助剤は、Lnb金属及びSiO2からなる、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、又は8のいずれかに記載のコーティング(12)。
