Claims (15)
- 樹脂流体が位置する第1空間を含み、前記樹脂流体を脱気する貯蔵部と、
前記貯蔵部と連結され、前記第1空間と連通する第1連結部と、
前記第1連結部と連結され、前記第1連結部を通じて前記樹脂流体が前記第1空間から移動して位置する第2空間を含む加圧チャンバと、
前記加圧チャンバに支持され、前記第2空間で前記樹脂流体と物理的に直接接触し、往復運動を通じて前記樹脂流体を加圧する加圧部と、
前記加圧チャンバと連結され、前記第2空間と連通する第2連結部と、
前記第2連結部と連結され、前記第2連結部を通じて前記樹脂流体が前記第2空間から移動して位置する第3空間を含むディスペンサと、
を含み、
前記第2空間及び前記第3空間は外部に対して密閉される、樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。 - 前記加圧部は、前記加圧チャンバの第2空間で前記樹脂流体と物理的に直接接触する加圧板と、
前記加圧板から前記加圧チャンバの外部に延長された加圧棒と、
を含み、
前記加圧板と前記加圧チャンバとの間及び前記加圧棒と前記加圧チャンバとの間に位置する第1弾性部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。 - 前記加圧チャンバと前記第1連結部との間及び前記加圧チャンバと前記第2連結部との間に位置する第2弾性部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。
- 前記ディスペンサと前記第2連結部との間に位置する第3弾性部をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。
- 前記加圧チャンバは、
前記第2空間の上側に位置し、前記加圧棒が貫通して前記加圧棒をガイドするガイド板と、
前記ガイド板によって前記第2空間と分離され、オイルが満たされているオイル空間と、
をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。 - 前記加圧チャンバは、
前記加圧チャンバから第1空間側に突き出されて、前記加圧部の前記往復運動を止めるストッパー部をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。 - 前記第1連結部及び前記第2連結部は、前記ストッパー部の下側に位置して前記加圧チャンバの第2空間と連通する、請求項6に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。
- 前記第1連結部は、前記ガイド板を貫通して前記加圧板に連結され、前記加圧チャンバの第2空間と連通し、
前記第2連結部は、前記ストッパー部の下側に位置して前記加圧チャンバの第2空間と連通する、請求項6に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。 - 前記加圧チャンバの一部以上は透明材質で構成される、請求項1に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。
- 前記貯蔵部は、前記樹脂流体を脱気する脱気部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。
- 前記脱気部は、真空ポンプまたは遠心分離機である、請求項10に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。
- 前記貯蔵部の前記第1空間の一部分に前記樹脂流体が貯蔵され、
前記貯蔵部と連結され、前記第1空間の残りの部分と連通するガス排出部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。 - 前記第1連結部に連結され、前記第1空間に位置する樹脂流体を前記第2空間に移動させるロータリーポンプをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。
- 前記ディスペンサは、前記ディスペンサの端部に位置し、テーパ状のシリンジをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。
- 前記ディスペンサの一部以上は透明材質で構成される、請求項14に記載の樹脂流体ディスペンス装置。
