Abstract
ディーゼル自動車の排気装置において、燃料分解触媒と炭化水素選択的触媒還元部を利用して、窒素酸化物及び粒子状物質を同時に低減する排気システムを提供する。
【解決手段】
ターボチャージャーの後段に設置される燃料分解触媒と、前記燃料分解触媒の後方に設置される炭化水素選択的触媒還元部と、前記炭化水素選択的触媒還元部の後方に設置される触媒コーティング型煤煙濾過装置及び前記ターボチャージャーと、燃料分解触媒の間の排気ガスの配管上に設置される燃料2次噴射系を備えることを特徴とする。

Description
前記触媒部200の内部で燃料分解触媒210の後方に設置される炭化水素選択的触媒還元部220及び炭化水素選択的触媒還元部220の後方に設置されるゾーンドコーテッド(Zoned−Coated)方式の触媒コーティング型煤煙濾過装置(CC−DPF:Catalyst Coated−Diesel Particulate Filter)230と、
前記ターボチャージャー110の後方と燃料分解触媒210の前方の間の排気ガスの配管上に設置される燃料2次噴射系310と、前記煤煙濾過装置230の後方で排気ガス内の窒素酸化物(NOx)の量を検出する窒素酸化物センサー320と、
前記窒素酸化物センサー320の信号を受け、排気ガス内の基準値以上の窒素酸化物(NOx)を検出する窒素酸化物(NOx)吸蔵触媒の再生時点で、前記燃料2次噴射系310の燃料噴射及び排気ガス分配バルブの開放動作のための制御信号を出力する電子制御装置(ECU:Electric Control Unit)410を備える。
本発明に示された実施例は本発明の技術思想を説明するために行ったものであり、このような実施例によって本発明の技術思想の範囲は限定されない。本発明の保護範囲は特許請求範囲によって解釈されて、それと同等な範囲内にあるすべての技術思想は本発明の権利範囲に含まれる。

Claims (5)
- ターボチャージャーの後段に設置される燃料分解触媒(DFC)と、前記燃料分解触媒の後方に設置される炭化水素選択的触媒還元部と、前記炭化水素選択的触媒還元部の後方に設置される触媒コーティング型煤煙濾過装置(CC−DPF)及び前記ターボチャージャーと燃料分解触媒の間の排気ガスの配管上に設置される燃料2次噴射系を備えることを特徴とするディーゼル自動車の排気装置。
- 前記燃料2次噴射系から噴射された燃料が燃料分解触媒で酸素含有炭化水素(HC)に分解され、炭化水素選択的触媒還元部に供給されて窒素酸化物(NOx)が浄化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディーゼル自動車の排気装置。
- 前記煤煙濾過装置の後方で排気ガス内の窒素酸化物の量を検出する窒素酸化物センサーを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディーゼル自動車の排気装置。
- 前記炭化水素選択的触媒還元部で反応して残った酸素含有炭化水素は前記触媒コーティング型煤煙濾過装置に捕捉されている煤煙と反応して煤煙を酸化させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディーゼル自動車の排気装置。
- 前記窒素酸化物センサーの信号を受け、排気ガス内の基準値以上の窒素酸化物を検出し、窒素酸化物吸蔵触媒の再生時点で、前記燃料2次噴射系の燃料噴射のための制御信号を出力する電子制御装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のディーゼル自動車の排気装置。
