Abstract
【解決手段】廃物および/または製品残材を再生利用するためのパルパ10であって、タンクが設けられており、該タンク内に、再生利用されるべき材料混合物を離解するためのロータ20が備えられており、さらに離解された流出材料を前記タンクから排出するためのスクリーン22が設けられており、前記ロータ20が、該ロータ20に動力を伝達するドライブシャフトを有する電動モータにより駆動されている形式のものにおいて、前記電動モータが、0〜1000rpmの速度で運転するための三相同期モータとして形成されており、該三相同期モータが、制御装置により制御される周波数変換器の出力部に接続されており、前記ドライブシャフトの出力部分が、前記ロータに直接に結合17されているようにした。

Claims (7)
- 廃物および/または製品残材を再生利用するためのパルパであって、タンクが設けられており、該タンク内に、再生利用されるべき材料混合物を離解するためのロータが備えられており、さらに離解された流出材料を前記タンクから排出するためのスクリーンが設けられており、前記ロータが、該ロータに動力を伝達するドライブシャフトを有する電動モータにより駆動されている形式のものにおいて、
前記電動モータが、0〜1000rpmの速度で運転するための三相同期モータとして形成されており、該三相同期モータが、制御装置により制御される周波数変換器の出力部に接続されており、前記ドライブシャフトの出力部分が、前記ロータに直接に結合されていることを特徴とする、廃物および/または製品残材を処理するためのパルパ。 - 前記制御装置が、負荷電流を検知するための手段の出力部と、前記三相同期モータのドライブシャフト出力部分の回転を検知するための手段の出力部とに接続されており、前記ロータが詰まった場合に、前記制御装置が、ドライブシャフト出力部分の実際の負荷電流および/または実際の回転状態に応じて、前記ドライブシャフト出力部分を往復反転運動させるために周波数変換器を作動させ、詰まったロータを振動させる、請求項1記載のパルパ。
- ロータの静止状態での始動運転の第1の段階において、前記同期モータの速度を、所定の負荷電流限界値を用いて、ほぼ一定のモータトルクで、所定の目標速度になるように制御し、ドライブシャフトの出力部分の詰まりが検知されると、逆転方向に動力を制御し、次いでドライブシャフト出力部分の、所定の期間にわたる逆転または負荷電流限界値での所定の速度の検知後に、正転方向に動力を戻すことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のパルパを運転するための方法。
- 通常運転段階において、所定の負荷電流限界値を維持しつつ同期モータの所定の目標モータ速度を維持するために、前記制御装置によって前記周波数変換器を作動させ、負荷電流限界値の超過後に直ちに速度を減じ、過剰負荷運転段階の終了後に直ちに目標速度に戻し制御する、請求項3記載の方法。
- 通常運転段階におけるドライブシャフト出力部分の詰まりの検知に応じて動力を逆転し、次いで、ドライブシャフト出力部分の、所定の期間にわたる逆方向の回転、または負荷電流限界値での設定された逆転速度の到達に至った逆方向の回転の検知の後に、正転方向の運転に動力を戻す、請求項4記載の方法。
- ドライブシャフト出力部分を、該ドライブシャフト出力部分の逆方向回転時の停止の検知後に、即座に正転方向の回転に戻す、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ドライブシャフト出力部分の回転方向を、ロータの回転エネルギおよび同期モータのトルクを利用して繰り返し反転させ、詰まりを解消するようにロータを振動させる、請求項3から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
