Abstract
【解決手段】自らが回転する複合材ローラであって、繊維で編まれるとともに、樹脂が含侵された布が複数枚積層された円筒形状の積層体と、この積層体とは異なる繊維から成り、積層体の回転する面を覆うシートとを備える。また、布の繊維の縦弾性係数は、布の樹脂の縦弾性係数よりも小さくする。また、布の繊維の硬さ値は、布の樹脂の硬さ値よりも低い。

Claims (8)
- 自らが回転する複合材ローラであって、
繊維で編まれるとともに、樹脂が含侵された布が複数枚積層された円筒形状の積層体と、
前記積層体とは異なる繊維から成り、前記積層体の回転する面を覆うシートとを備えたことを特徴とする複合材ローラ。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材ローラであって、
前記布の繊維の縦弾性係数は、前記布の樹脂の縦弾性係数よりも小さいことを特徴とする複合材ローラ。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材ローラであって、
前記布の繊維の硬さ値は、前記布の樹脂の硬さ値よりも低いことを特徴とする複合材ローラ。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材ローラであって、
前記シートの繊維は、有機繊維であることを特徴とする複合材ローラ。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材ローラであって、
前記積層体の回転する面とは異なる面には、前記積層体の外径よりも小さい外径からなる金属製の円板が設けられたことを特徴とする複合材ローラ。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材ローラであって、
有機繊維で強化された樹脂複合材又はグラファイトから成る軸材を備え、
前記積層体の中心軸の周辺は、めねじ加工され、
前記めねじ加工された部分には、前記軸材がねじ込まれて締結されることを特徴とする複合材ローラ。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材ローラであって、
前記シートは、前記積層体の回転する面の全幅と同等又はそれ以下の幅からなるテープであり、
前記積層体の回転する面に、前記テープを複数回巻いたことを特徴とする複合材ローラ。 - 請求項1に記載の複合材ローラであって、
前記積層体の回転する面には、溝が設けられ、
前記溝は、前記回転する面の中心部付近から前記積層体の端部に伸びていることを特徴とする複合材ローラ。
