本发明涉及用复合材料制作的、自旋转的圆筒状的辊。
背景技术
欲将结构物轻质化时,通常采取的方法是改变材料,改为强度比现有材料高的材料,减小构件的板厚。
在欲将消防云梯车的梯子部和高空作业车的作业臂轻质化时也同样,通常进行设计使得在抑制板厚的同时不产生强度上的问题。特别是,云梯车的梯子部或作业臂为矩形钢管的焊接结构物,由长条的钢管制成的多个相似形状的结构物以相互滑动的方式进行平移伸缩运动,因此,在结构物间设置有能够平滑运动的滑动构件和辊。为了使辊具有耐热性、并且能够耐受高的压缩强度,使用钢合金制的辊。不是云梯车或高空作业车等大型结构物时,作为辊的材质为树脂制的结构物,有日本特开平04-286633号公报中记载的例子。所述例子为在辊的芯材上对用碳纤维加强了的热固性树脂的最外周表面施行金属电镀的结构。

发明内容
欲将上述云梯车的梯子部和高空作业车的作业臂轻质化时,在现有技术中存在下述问题。为了轻质化而减小构件的板厚,由此在多个构造进行平移伸缩运动时,由设置在结构物间的辊产生的局部的压缩力导致构件发生变形。为了防止由辊产生的凹陷变形而增加构件的板厚,结果通常总质量并不怎么减少。为了防止构件的凹陷,需要使辊的刚性低于钢合金制的辊,减小接触部的最大压应力。将日本特开平04-286633号公报中记载的树脂辊应用在云梯车或高空作业车中时,由于该发明用碳纤维来加强树脂,所以辊自身的刚性没有变小,没有降低接触部的表面压力的效果。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够降低复合材料辊与结构物间的接触部的表面压力的复合材料辊。

具体实施方式
以下使用附图说明实施例1。
图1为复合材料辊的立体图。图2为复合材料辊及多张布的层合体的立体图。图3为将用作辊的基材的布缠绕在轴上的状态的立体图。图4为辊接触部的应力分布图。图5为有机纤维的摩擦系数的变化图。
在图1中,辊芯材1是由层合有多张布2的层合体通过机械加工被切削成圆筒形状,所述布2为在木棉纤维编织而成的布中含浸酚醛树脂形成。含有树脂的布2在垂直于辊芯材1的轴的方向上层合。
在图2中,使用压力机(press machine)将层合了多张含有树脂的布2形成的层合体从与布2垂直的方向压缩。与此同时,为了使酚醛树脂固化,升高至需要的温度。通过机械加工,从如上所述成型的树脂板中挖出直径与辊芯材1的外径相等的构件。对辊芯材1的中心轴周围进行加工使轴承3能够插入。在辊芯材1的最外周的表面(层合体的旋转面)上缠绕芳族聚酰胺纤维混合在树脂中所形成的片材4。用环氧树脂等将所述片材4粘合在辊芯材1上。另外,片材4的纤维为有机纤维。缠绕的次数为一次或多次。使辊芯材1的最外周的表面被片材4覆盖。作为形成辊芯材1的纤维,除木棉纤维之外,还有尼龙纤维、聚酯纤维、蚕丝、毛线、木纤维等高分子纤维。另外,作为含浸在布2中的树脂,除酚醛树脂之外,还有环氧树脂、尼龙树脂、聚酯树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂,氟树脂等。任一情况下,均进行选择使形成布2的纤维的纵向弹性模量等于或小于形成布2的树脂的纵向弹性模量。另外,进行选择使形成布2的纤维的硬度值等于或小于形成布2的树脂的硬度值。通过如上所述进行选择,层合体的刚性不会变得过度大于树脂本身的刚性,同时由于含浸在布中后进行成型,所以板厚大的构件变得易于成型。将树脂注入模具等中进行成型时,在其冷却过程中树脂没有均匀冷却,通常因残留应力而产生裂纹。
另外,图3为表示一般的酚醛辊的制作方法的图。所述酚醛辊是将含浸有变成半固化状态的酚醛树脂的布2缠绕在轴5上,加热使其固化而形成的。在该方法中,布2间进入细小的气泡,以该气泡为起源,发生龟裂,强度明显变弱。
另一方面,根据实施例1,层合含有酚醛树脂的布2,在加热固化时一并使用压力机施以高的压缩力。由此,除去内部的气泡,不易发生由气泡引起的龟裂,因此能够使板厚大、强度高的酚醛树脂板成型。通过机械加工,从如上所述成型的树脂板中挖出直径与辊芯材1的外径相等的构件,由此能够制作强度高的辊。
图4为表示辊7的接触部的对象材料6的压应力分布的图。辊7由钢合金制作时,辊7端部接触部位的压应力高。由于所述高压应力导致对象材料6发生凹陷变形。另一方面,辊7为实施例1的复合材料辊时,辊7的端部变成树脂特有的低刚性,因此适度变形,对象材料6的压应力变小。而且,辊7的宽度方向中央部的应力增加,应力分布均匀化。如上所述,根据实施例1,能够减小与辊7接触时对象材料6的最大压应力,因此,能够减小对象材料6的板厚,同时减小结构物的质量。另外,通过在树脂中选择酚醛树脂,能够提供耐火性优异的辊。另外,由于通过机械加工将辊芯材1成型,所以能够提供对树脂固化时的尺寸变化等没有影响的尺寸精度高的辊。此时,在基材中使用木棉布,因此,没有切削阻力地快速地完成加工。
图5为表示贴在辊芯材1的最外周表面上的、在树脂中混合有芳族聚酰胺纤维所形成的片材4的摩擦系数变化的图。摩擦重复数增加时,对用一般的玻璃纤维加强了的树脂进行切削制作得到的片材的摩擦系数增加。而且,达到辊芯材1的破坏强度,辊被破坏。另一方面,实施例1中使用的用有机纤维制作的片材的摩擦系数,即使进行多种试验也稳定。由此,即使重复辊的旋转,表面的摩擦系数也稳定,因此不引起辊的破坏。
说明实施例2。图6为复合材料辊的立体图。实施例2中,保护板8被设置在辊芯材1的两端,所述辊芯材1是将由含浸有树脂的布层合而成的层合体经切削加工形成的。即,保护板8被设置在与层合体的旋转面不同的面(层合体的侧面)上。对保护板8进行加工,使其小于层合体的外径。材质为金属或FRP。根据实施例2,能够防止长期使用中层合的布从复合材料辊的端部剥离。另外,由于保护板8的外径小于辊芯材1的外径,所以旋转中不会接触对象材料6,对象材料6不会被保护板8损坏。
说明实施例3。图7为复合材料辊的立体图。实施例3中,对辊芯材1的轴周边进行机械加工,内螺纹加工,所述辊芯材1是对由含浸有树脂的布层合而成的层合体进行切削加工而成的。为了与所述螺纹尺寸一致,旋入另外制作的轴材9并紧固。轴材9由用有机纤维加强了的复合材料或石墨制作。通过在螺纹部上事先涂布粘合材料,能够防止使用中松弛。根据实施例3,辊旋转中轴材9的摩擦力稳定,因此,不需要固定在辊芯材1上的轴承3。与轴承3相比,轴材9更轻质,因此,能够减少使用了实施例3的复合材料辊的结构物的总质量。
说明实施例4。图8为在辊芯材1上缠绕纤维的装置的立体图。图9为在辊芯材1上缠绕由纤维形成的带体的装置的立体图。图8中,在用纤维编织而成的布中含浸树脂形成布2,将所述布2进行层合,一边加压一边加热使树脂固化,对其进行机械加工作为辊芯材1,将玻璃纤维、碳纤维、有机芳族聚酰胺纤维捆在一起而形成纱线10,所述纱线10通过装满了半固化后的环氧树脂的树脂槽11缠绕在上述辊芯材1上。将缠绕有纤维的辊芯材再加热使其固化制成辊。图9中,在用纤维编织而成的布中含浸树脂形成布2,将所述布2进行层合,一边加压一边加热,使树脂固化,对其进行机械加工作为辊芯材1,带体12从缠绕了带体12的带体辊13通过装满了半固化后的环氧树脂的树脂槽11缠绕在辊芯材1上,所述带体12为用玻璃纤维、碳纤维、有机芳族聚酰胺纤维编织而成的织物、且为具有一定宽度的由纤维形成的带体。即,与实施例1的不同之处在于片材4使用带体12。将缠绕了所述带体12的辊芯材再加热使其固化制成辊。所述带体12的宽度等于或小于层合体的旋转面的总宽度。根据实施例4,在辊的最外周表面没有高低之差、缠绕纤维或织物,因此,能够防止辊的旋转中由高低之差引起的振动,同时降低噪音。另外,也能够防止由高低之差引起的冲击所造成树脂辊破坏。
说明实施例5。图10为复合材料辊的立体图。实施例5中,在复合材料辊的最外周表面加工形成槽14。槽14的加工可以在缠绕有机纤维加强树脂片材4之后进行。另外,可以在加工辊芯材1的阶段施行槽14加工,之后粘贴树脂片材4使其沿着槽。加工槽14,使其从辊的宽度中央部附近向辊的端面连续地延伸。根据实施例5,即使在辊的旋转中,与对象材料6之间进入杂质、水或油,可能使辊局部顶起、或者使摩擦力变大时,也可以使杂质、水或油进入槽14的内部,从辊端面排放到外部。因此,即使暴露在砂土或雨水的环境下,也不会破坏辊,能够延长辊的寿命。说明实施例6。图11为辊成型装置的立体图。在实施例6中,将布2事先与辊芯材1的外径匹配并切断,层合在设置于下模具15中的孔16中,所述布2是在由木棉纤维编织而成的布中含浸有酚醛树脂形成的。然后,用设置有与所述孔16一致的凸部18的上模具17,从上方对层合后的布2加压。下模具15中内置有加热器19,通过在加压的同时对加热器19通电进行加热。加压加热时液化后的树脂从设置在上模具17中的成型孔20排出至外部。
即,实施例6中,辊经过下述步骤而制造:层合多张由纤维编织且含浸有树脂的布2,制成圆筒形状的层合体的步骤;在圆筒形状的层合体的中心附近开孔的步骤;在设置有直径大于圆筒形状的层合体的外径的孔16、并且具有加热器19的下模具15中层合圆筒形状的层合体的步骤;将设置有与孔16一致的凸部及与外部贯通的贯通孔的上模具17嵌入下模具15中,从上方对圆筒形状的层合体加压的步骤;与加压大致同时对加热器19通电,加热下模具15的步骤。
以上,根据实施例6,不需要切削加工复合材料辊芯材1,因此,在大量生产相同类型的辊时,能够高速地生产。
说明实施例7。图12为消防云梯车的立体图。图13为云梯车的梯子部的前端的辊部附近的立体图。图14为高空作业车的立体图。图12为表示由四段梯子部21构成的云梯车的图。图13为表示各段的梯子部21的重叠部分的详细情况的图。梯子部21为用矩形钢管制作的下骨架主体22、上骨架主体23、斜骨架24的焊接结构物。下骨架主体22为前端辊25边接触下骨架主体22的下面边旋转的结构。实施例7中,前端辊25由实施例1~6中的任一复合材料辊形成。通常而言,前端辊25为钢制的圆柱。因此,与下骨架主体22接触的部分的最大压应力有时达到制作下骨架主体22的钢材料的屈服点。超过屈服点使用时,导致下骨架主体22下面的钢板变形。为了防止变形,使构成下骨架主体22的矩形钢管的板厚增加。结果,形成总质量大的梯子部21,无法实现轻质化。根据实施例7,前端辊25接触的下骨架主体22的下面的钢板的最大压应力下降,因此,能够进一步削薄该部分的板厚。由于能够在下骨架主体22的整个长度上削薄板厚,所以能够使云梯车整体的质量减少率为20%以上。另外,通过用酚醛树脂制作复合材料辊的芯材,能够提供即使在灭火活动时的高温环境下也不破坏的云梯车。
图14所示的高空作业车为作业臂26通过导辊27进行平移伸缩运动的结构。作业臂26为钢板的箱形焊接结构。导辊27接触的作业臂26的下面的钢板上产生高的压应力。实施例7中,导辊27由实施例1~6中的任一复合材料辊形成。通常而言,导辊27为钢制的圆柱。因此,与作业臂26接触的部分的最大压应力有时达到制作作业臂26的钢材料的屈服点。超过屈服点使用时,作业臂26下面的钢板变形。为了防止变形,使构成作业臂26的矩形钢管的板厚增加。结果,形成总质量大的作业臂26,无法实现轻质化。根据实施例7,导辊27接触的作业臂26下面的钢板的最大压应力下降,因此能够进一步削薄该部分的板厚。由于能够在作业臂26的整个长度上削薄板厚,所以能够使高空作业车整体的质量减少率为30%以上。
进而,在复合材料辊上形成槽14。因此,即使在辊旋转中,作业臂26的下面与导辊27之间进入杂质、水或油,可能使辊局部地顶起,或者摩擦力变大时,也可以使杂质、水或油进入槽14的内部,从辊端面排放至外部。因此,即使暴露在砂土或雨水的环境下,也不会破坏辊,能够延长辊的寿命。
根据以上实施例,可以提供一种平移伸缩机构,所述平移伸缩机构能够实现进行平移伸缩运动的多个结构物的轻质化,同时降低不引起结构物变形的接触部的表面压力。还可以提供一种确保自身强度、同时刚性小的辊。换言之,由于复合材料辊一边与结构物接触一边旋转时,不会破坏辊本身,能够使接触部的表面压力下降,能够减小结构物的板厚,所以能够使结构物轻质化。

权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.一种复合材料辊,为自旋转的复合材料辊,其特征在于,具有:
圆筒形状的层合体,由多张布在所述辊的轴方向上层合而成,所述布由纤维编织而成同时含浸有树脂;
片材,由与所述布的纤维不同的纤维形成,且覆盖所述层合体的旋转面。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,所述布的纤维的纵向弹性模量小于所述布的树脂的纵向弹性模量。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,所述布的纤维的硬度值低于所述布的树脂的硬度值。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,所述片材的纤维为有机纤维。
5.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,在与所述层合体旋转面不同的面上设置有金属制圆板,所述金属制圆板的外径小于所述层合体的外径。
6.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,
具有由用有机纤维加强了的树脂复合材料或石墨形成的轴材,
所述层合体的中心轴的周边进行了内螺纹加工,
所述轴材旋入并紧固在经所述内螺纹加工的部分中。
7.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,
所述片材是宽度等于或小于所述层合体的旋转面的总宽度的带体,
在所述层合体旋转的面上缠绕多条所述带体。
8.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,
在所述层合体的旋转面上设置有槽,
所述槽从所述旋转面的中心部附近向所述层合体的端部延伸。

Claims (8)

1.一种复合材料辊,为自旋转的复合材料辊,其特征在于,具有:
圆筒形状的层合体,由多张布层合而成,所述布由纤维编织而成同时含浸有树脂;
片材,由与所述层合体不同的纤维形成,且覆盖所述层合体的旋转面。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,所述布的纤维的纵向弹性模量小于所述布的树脂的纵向弹性模量。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,所述布的纤维的硬度值低于所述布的树脂的硬度值。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,所述片材的纤维为有机纤维。
5.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,在与所述层合体旋转面不同的面上设置有金属制圆板,所述金属制圆板的外径小于所述层合体的外径。
6.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,
具有由用有机纤维加强了的树脂复合材料或石墨形成的轴材,
所述层合体的中心轴的周边进行了内螺纹加工,
所述轴材旋入并紧固在经所述内螺纹加工的部分中。
7.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,
所述片材是宽度等于或小于所述层合体的旋转面的总宽度的带体,
在所述层合体旋转的面上缠绕多条所述带体。
8.如权利要求1所述的复合材料辊,其特征在于,
在所述层合体的旋转面上设置有槽,
所述槽从所述旋转面的中心部附近向所述层合体的端部延伸。
