Abstract
Description
a.溶媒に銀塩を溶解させ、この溶液をポリアミンと混合して、銀−ポリエチレンアミン錯体の溶液を形成する工程と、
b.溶媒に溶解させたイソアスコルビン酸またはアスコルビン酸を含む還元性溶液を調製する工程と、
c.前記銀−ポリエチレンアミン錯体の溶液に前記還元性溶液を添加して、微細且つ均一な分散球形状銀粒子を形成する工程と、
d.工程(c)の溶液から前記銀粒子を分離する工程と、
e.前記銀粒子を溶媒で洗浄する工程と、
f.前記微細且つ均一な分散球形状銀粒子を乾燥させる工程と
を含む方法が記載されている。
Claims (15)
- 保護コロイドを用いずに、平滑な表面を有する均一な分散球状銀粒子を形成する方法であって、以下の逐次工程、
g.溶媒に銀塩を溶解させ、この溶液をポリアミンと混合して、銀−ポリエチレンアミン錯体の溶液を形成する工程と、
h.溶媒に溶解させたイソアスコルビン酸またはアスコルビン酸を含む還元性溶液を調製する工程と、
i.前記銀−ポリエチレンアミン錯体の溶液に前記還元性溶液を添加して、微細かつ均一な分散球形状銀粒子を形成する工程と、
j.工程(c)の前記溶液から前記銀粒子を分離する工程と、
k.前記銀粒子を溶媒で洗浄する工程と、
l.前記微細かつ均一な分散球形状銀粒子を乾燥させる工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記銀塩が硝酸銀である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が20℃〜80℃の温度範囲内で行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエチレンアミンが直鎖ポリアミンまたは置換直鎖ポリアミンである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエチレンアミンが、エチレンジアミン、ジエチレントリアミン、トリエチレンテトラアミンおよびテトラエチレンペンタアミンからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミンがエチレンジアミンである請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤が、L−アスコルビン酸、D−アスコルビン酸およびそれらの塩のうち1種を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤がイソアスコルビン酸である請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子を220℃で乾燥させて、残留有機材料を除去し、結晶度を高める請求項1に記載の方法。
- Ag/ポリエチレンアミンの比が1:1以上である請求項1に記載の方法。
- Ag/ポリエチレンアミンの比が4:1以上である請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が水である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒がポリオールである請求項 に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒がジエチレングリコールである請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒がポリオールと水との混合物である請求項1に記載の方法。
